I was very happy with the siding replacement. The workmanship was quite good. Communication was good with foreman. We had several problems with windows which dramatically delayed the project completion (It took almost three months from start to finish). The wrong windows were ordered, then the supplier sent the wrong door. It was frustrating because they sat in my garage for weeks before anyone realized there were problems with what was delivered. I had requested windows that were eligible for the tax credit and after the project was completed I discovered that the windows that were installed were not eligible. Robert Patrick was very responsive in dealing with these issues and they did give me a credit for installing the wrong windows.

Everything went very well. I thought they were courteous, they were on time, they also worked very well. Everything was done before they thought it would be finished. I also think everything turned out really great. I was really pleased with themselves. We had another painting come out before and leave everything, but this company always tidied up before they left. We are using this company again.

Everything went really smoothly with them. They went through and looked for some areas that were rotten that they could seal up, so everything would last longer. I would use them again in the future.

This is a good company. The owner took a personal interest in the project and made sure we were happy with the result. He did a few extra things with no additional charge. They were easy to work with.

They did not try to oversell me throughout the project. They told me what they could do for a minor leak and they did just what they said they were going too. We had a complicated issue with an entryway and the man who described the solution was able to do the work. I was pleased with the service that they were able to provide. They had the best price and presentation out of the companies who we contacted.

Excellent quality. Several details around edges of siding installed to prevent any future problems. Make sure you notify them if there is anything about the job that makes you unhappy. Watch out for things being inadvertently damaged during siding installation. Patrick fixed everything I pointed out without any argument even weeks after final pay. Top quality work using all of the manufacturer's suggestions.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Robert's office contacted me immediately to meet and provide a price. Robert provided me with a lot of information about his company, the products he offered and siding in general. While other contractors that I interviewed tended to "bad-mouth" the competition, Robert kept his discussion to the positives of his company and product, something I really appreciated, particularly since he was so knowledgeable. The price Robert provided, while high, was pretty much on the mark with most of the other bids I got (except for the one big company here in town whose bid was double Patrick Painting!) Even though I delayed hiring them for quite some time (because I was investigating other contractors), they were very responsive and accommodated my schedule very well when I was ready to go. The crews (different ones for siding and painting) were fantastic. I loved all those guys! In total the project actually took less time than I had anticipated and they were very accommodating to requests for additions and/or changes. While we had a few minor "issues" (I wouldn't really call them "problems," and who doesn't have issues on a project of this size), Robert and his crew leaders were very responsive and took care of everything immediately (even wanting to come out sooner than I could manage!). The mark of a good contractor is not whether they have problems or not (ALL do/will), but how they resolve them. I my mind Patrick Painting is A+ on all fronts!

Called Patrick for an estimate and within days he met with me. Gave me the estimate and it seemed fair. I had been quoted $4,500.00 by another painter a few days before Patrick can out. This painter was not going to paint the whole house only replace a window and fix the wood rot around the bottom of the house by nailing a 4" board around the bottom. When I asked Patrick how he was going to repair the wood rot along the bottom he said he removes the wood rot, puts up flashing, primes, and paints. He was going to do it the right way. Work was started in a few weeks. Painters arrived early each of the three days to paint. They were very polite. After the job was completed, Patrick came out and inspected. That Saturday, two painters came to the house and said Patrick had noticed a few places that needed attention. They fixed what Patrick saw needed repair. The house looks wonderful. One of the painters gave me landscaping advise that I took. The house looks new again.

Structural defects in the house, framing were corrected and improved as part of the bid price. The result of repairs is a flawless appearance without any dips and boys. The contractor and building crew were easy to work with and kept us informed along the way. They even helped me remove items from our attic to discard in the dumpster. Attention to details and aesthetics. Blocked our driveway a few times more than necessary. Use them with confidence.

I thought they were excellent. I got several estimates. They were par for the course. They were very cordial and professional.

I've already been in contact with him to do another home for me this summer because he does an excellent job. The price is a bit high, but well worth it for the quality of work!

My overall experience was not a good one. My house has a fair amount of wood rot and is in need of a good paint job. I made an appointment for an estimate with this company and was told that they could come out in 4 weeks. I received a call from the receptionist a few days before the appointment to confirm the date and time we had agreed upon. Upon returing her phone call, I was asked "What is your time frame - we are completely booked for the rest of the year and would not be able to get around to you until next year." After answering that question, I was asked "What is your price range - how much are you willing to spend?" and "Are you ready to make a decision?" Needless to say, after that conversation, I cancelled my appointment. She did a great job of convincing me to hire one of the company's competitors. There are way too many companies out there with wonderful customer service and great expertise to ever have to resort to using Patrick Painting and Siding.

The most frustrating part of dealing with this contractor was nailing down a start-date. Even though I scheduled the painting months in advance, the contractor constantly slipped my start date and caused me to have to re-schedule my travel plans more than once. Prep work was good and painters arrived ready to work. However, the work crew played Latino music very loud, even after I asked them to keep it down. Neighbors also complained about the noise. Quality of painting was good and I was very satisfied with the results. However their last impression on me was re-installing half of my storm windows upside down. All in all, I believe the pricing was competitive and I got my money's worth. Not sure I would use again due to headaches incurred.

Excellent work. The cost included both the siding and hand painting/brush rolling the entire house. Both the siding and painting crews were very professional, polite and clean. It was a huge and expensive job so we were initially very apprehensive given our experience with our last painter. Everything was done to satisfaction. Many added touches and accents were included. A very big job very well done.
