In addition to painting the exterior of our house we had a lot of wood rot on the trim and Masonite siding that was beginning to rot. Josh came up with a solution to repair the siding and add battens to the house to prolong the life of the siding. He was the only one to suggest a repair vs replace option and advise us to take proactive steps to extend the life of the siding. His team did quality work - they roll and brush the paint vs spraying. The house looks great!! My only caution is that they are busy. It took a while to get the job started after we booked. Josh was great about communicating throughout the entire project. Definitely worth the wait!

We had substantial siding repair/replacement done and our house painted by Patrick Exteriors. We used Angie’s list to find contractors for bids, and they were the most professional and reasonable of the groups with project cost being what I would have expected for the extent of work. Robert Patrick took time to explain the required work, listened to the our wants/needs, and made reasonable recommendations with explanations. There were a few items that were in our original plans and would have probably not been in our own best interest but he was very good at suggesting alternatives that better suited us in the end. Everyone on site was very easy to work with and did good work. They consistently checked to be sure we were pleased with the work and progress of the project and all workers were very polite and considerate. We are very pleased with the work done on the house

Patrick Exteriors designed and built us a deck and concrete pad beneath. We are really happy with how the deck, patio, and lower level walkout turned out. This really improved our usable space more than just getting a great new deck. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were more than expected. Their estimates were equal to other bids we received but we went with Patrick Exteriors because they had more creativity with their design. Everyone at the company is friendly and responsive to questions. They communicated very well throughout the building process. Finally, we have two daughters that liked to get the daily update when they got home from school, and appreciated the guys for being so nice to the girls. We will definitely ask them to do any exterior work in the future.

Third time we have used Patrick Exteriors. Excellent work and attention to detail. Replaced composition roof with Decra roof material. Got rid of old DryVit and replaced with stucco. New gutters and covers. Rob Patrick thinks and plans extensively before he does anything and it shows.

We couldn't be more delighted with the outstanding work that Patrick Exteriors did on residing our home with the James Hardy Siding and the painting afterwards. You don't find craftsman these days like Rick and his partner. Everyone that touched our home paid close attention to every detail. We had excellent communication with everyone throughout the process. There were no "surprises"! Our house turned out beautifully. We highly recommend Patrick Exteriors!

These guys are very professional from beginning to end. Excellent customer service from bid process to final cleanup. They kept in contact with phone calls and e-mails, letting us know exactly who was coming and when. The workers themselves were punctual and clean and professional. They really worked as a team, dividing the work and getting our house finished in just a few days. The repairs were done with quality materials, and the paint was all brushed and rolled. When we noticed that the attic soffit vents were old and not allowing air to the attic, they came back the very next day to install new ones at no additional charge. This company is a little more expensive than some others, but we think worth it. No hassles at all and a pleasure to work with...PLUS, our house looks fabulous.

Started on project earlier than planned because we were going on vacation and they wanted to get the job done before we left. Worked quickly and efficiently so they were done in 5 days and before we left on vacation. We had the final walk thru and came back to repaint some areas that we felt needed another coat on the deck rail. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and were responsive to my questions. They did a very good job.

Great. Kyle was available and very straight forward. He is easy to communicate with and executed the look we wanted perfectly. The workers were diligent and talented. We couldn't have asked for better. There was a paint color hiccup immediately repaired. They made a daunting project palatable and now beautiful. We love the work and the process was simple. Two of our neighbors recommended Patrick Exterior to us independently from each other. In addition to the great reviews on Angie?s List and Robert?s professionalism and the detail in discussing the project scope during initial meetings, we chose Patrick Exterior with absolute confidence. Robert was very professional from the start until the end of the project. He was very easy to work with ? flexible and responsive, knowledgeable, always ready to listen and clearly made customer satisfaction his priority. Although not everything went absolutely smoothly (nothing really major, just several annoying occasions with none of them being significant enough to be mentioned on its own), we are very pleased with the final product! Robert has several crew teams working for him (and several crew members we talked to have been working for Robert for many years now). I feel that regardless of which team ends up working on your house, the good quality work is guaranteed simply because Robert seem to take every detail of the project very personally and makes sure the work is done right. At this point, I am joining my two other neighbors (Robert?s previous customers) in praising Robert for another great work!

Patrick Exteriors was very good. I was impressed with the crew's attention to detail. I'd even say they were a bit of a perfectionist in many ways. That's refreshing compared to previous jobs other contractors had done where there was very little attention to detail. Don't hesitate to hire Patrick Exteriors.

Patrick Exteriors responded back to my estimate quickly, and the person who called was very polite and professional. She explained to me that the size of the job was a bit too small, but gave me a recommendation for another company that might be able to handle the job. The transactions was very positive even through we weren't able to use their services. I will keep them in mind future large jobs.

They fixed things before they painted them which was really nice and they got it done on time. They were professional and clean.

The process went well and the owner (Kevin) has been very helpful. He provided several locations where we could look at other homes with similar products installed to get a sense of color and look. He took a lot of time with us to make sure we were comfortable with the eventual decision on roof style and color. The process has gone smoothly. His crew worked hard and stayed on schedule. There were a few minor issues which came up......wood rot in one area and damage to a gutter and a screen. He covered all this with no questions asked. I don't think we would have gotten the same service with a "bargain basement" quote.

Every time we had questions they came to answer them. They came when they said they would. The time frame was accurate. They were super honest. Josh and the whole crew was great. They are coming back in the spring to paint the siding. They are wonderful.

Excellent experience with the same guy (Kyle Power) responding to initial call, providing quote, working with us on a revision of project scope, and then also being the crew leader for installations. Recommendations and approach to the project were very sensible and reasonably priced. Workmanship and neatness were great. Patrick Exteriors is a certified installer for some premium brand windows and doors, but their product recommendations also include some more moderately priced brands sourced from home centers which they will install. This was a very attractive attribute, however the home center ultimately shipped some damaged or incorrect doors which resulted in two lengthy delays for reordering. Patrick re-installed corrected products promptly upon availability. We are likely to contract with Patrick Exteriors again for some future work.
