Description of Work: Patrick's put Hardy board siding on the north and west sides of my teo stiry house and replaced eight windows, including a large triple frame picture window and a double frame window. | |They converted 2 of the windows from arched tops to rectangular and replaced inside mouldings with wider materials. | |They were very meticulous, making sure every plank was perfectly level and cut to exact length. Caulking was done to high standards. The technique for framing lamps, electric boxes and gas pipes was impressive. | |They painted everything to my satisfaction. They were quick to address any items I pointed out and answered all my questions. | |I have hired them two more times for my roof and for some upcoming Hardy board siding on the rest of the house.

Description of Work: Patrick exteriors did the exterior remodel at our lake house, including replacing the roof, replacing three decks using powder coated aluminum decking (he hadn't used it before but figured it out-looks spectacular), replaced 3 large patio doors, 2 entrance doors and 11 windows which were all prefinished, sided the house with Hardie siding, painted and put on new gutters. Also did a lot of plumbing both inside and out as well as helped me order interior doors and millwork from an out of state sawmill. |Rob Patrick and his crew were superb; they think through every process and step many times before starting and plan extensively. Makes the actual work go quite quickly. He also negotiated the price of my decking material lower from the supplier. |He is one of the two BEST contractors I have ever worked with (the other being the guy that built our main house) and would not consider anyone else if I needed any further work done. He also replaced some Pella windows/sashes in the main house that had some wood rot-- he color matched the wood stain even accounting for age. |Rob is very detailed, uses top quality people and materials and is extremely honest. You will get the best work at a very fair price--can't ask for anything more. |Recommend Rob Patrick and Patrick Exteriors with the highest recommendation I can give.

Description of Work: Rob was fantastic to work with. We had about $30,000 in exterior damage to our house from a hailstorm and we used Patrick Exteriors for all the repairs. We painted the house, replaced the roof, gutters, all the windows on the back of our our house, replaced the outside AC unit and they stained our fence and swing set. Rob managed the entire project and worked directly with our insurance adjuster which gave a piece of mind based on his experience around this. Couldn't have been happier with the work they provided.
