Project went perfectly and even came out on Saturday afternoon and no additional charge so I would have a sink for the weekend. Will absolutely be using again!

Excellent service. For prv LJ and I missed each other's calls at first. But he caught me at 5:30pm one day as he was driving home. He was nearby and stopped by to do the work. He was there until 9:30pm, very friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced ($505) considering the quality of the valve he put in and the lateness of the service call. And he redid the plumbing so the valve was much easier to access. I also had a leaking kitchen faucet and after looking it over he suggested buying a new one then calling him when it arrived. When I got it he was very busy with sump pumps due to heavy rains and flooding, but promised to work me in before he went on vacation. He came at 6pm the night before he was scheduled to leave early the next morning. He was there almost 2 hours. Again very friendly and professional and reasonably priced ($150). He said he had to go home to pack but acted like it was no big deal and was happy he could get to me. LJ went way above and beyond my expectations. He is extremely dedicated and does excellent work. Highly recommend him.

The jobs went perfectly. L.C. (he goes by his initials) has a large truck in order to keep most of his supplies immediately available. This keeps the hourly cost down (note, however, all plumbing work is expensive due to the skill and time involved). I had LC do a lot of preventive work in my basement. The attached pictures show the sump pump system and backup and also the rebuilt water riser (if you look closely at the riser, you will see the many components it has and how well it was assembled and attached by LC - sort of an industrial work of art, I think). LC Is a very hard worker and stays focused on the job. He answered all my questions completely and is very pleasant to talk to. As he was cleaning up, he noticed that I had an unneeded wooden ramp I was going to breakdown and he offered to haul to the trash for me (for free). I will definitely use him again if needed and have recommended him to others already.

I was able to reach him on the phone immediately and set up a time for the next day. He arrived on time, worked quickly and was very professional. Cost was higher than I anticipated, but he did quality work and hopefully prevented future leaks that would have cost a lot more.

He took the time to explain what he proposed so I understood why the estimate was what it was.He didn't give me an exact dollar sign, but I knew it would be more than $2,000 to know if it would be cost effective.

Had new 50 gallon water heater installed. There was a problem with the floor drain in the basement where the old water heater had been leaking. The guys unclogged the drain and completed the new installation all within the 90 minutes they said it would take to begin with. Because the old water heater was a 40 gallon unit they had to make some adjustments for the differences in height nd used new parts and fittings. There was no extra charge for the parts or the clearing of the drain. They even provided some guidance on another potential plumbing problem. If it needs work I will definitely call KC Metro Plumbing!

I had them put in a new hot water heater. The owner was explained everything very well and was a dream to work with. I received a printed estimate via email and the work was completed according to the estimate. I could not have been happier.

Everything went well. I had to cancel at the very last minute as I was on my way out of town since my mother was dying and he was so understanding. We got it rescheduled and they were very professional. We would definitely hire again.

L.J. the owner called me the morning after I submitted the request through Angie's list. Very professional and courteous. He scheduled a time convenient for us to come out and give us an estimate and then schedule a mutually convenient time to complete the repairs. The team was friendly, professional and stuck to the estimate. They did the work promptly and cleaned up after their work was done. Very positive experience with them.

They were prompt, installation was completed in under 2 hours. Everything looks and works great! I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

This is a three-generation family business, and so they take their work and reputation seriously – as well as their customer’s needs. And they have this beautiful, massive truck where they can carry equipment on board so they provide service right away – not running back and forth, or days of waiting. LJ – the second generation – came right out Saturday and any time frame for service he met on the dot. LJ arrived at 3pm and finished at 6:30pm. He went through everything thoroughly with us – no hard sells, etc. He was responsive, gracious, considerate, thorough, very reasonable pricing for all he did. We are confident in the work he did, and the integrity he showed us. If something ever goes wrong, we know who to call. And for additions, upgrades and moves, too. I do not do recommend just anyone/ You know things wil happen…and you want peace of mind when they do.
