Description of Work: Not much. 1. I had a main inlet shut off valve that was very old and leaky. He was afraid to get into it so just put in a compression fitting bypass valve which any DIY'r could have done. The old faucet still leaks so I will have to spend more to get it fixed by another plumber. I was afraid to get into this job - that is why I hired a professional. 2. Simple installation of a hot and cold shut off's for the washing machine. He installed two "blue" cold water valves - not a big deal till I look at what I spent for that unprofessional work. 3. Wanted an outside hose spigot replaced. Didn't get it. He and his assistant worked on this forever. It was a problem, I realize, but he admitted not having the right tool and there were any number of alternate solutions he didn't even suggest. 4. Wanted shower valve fixed. He kind of looked at it and made a "well maybe it's....." comment. I spent $500 for a bit of low end faucet replacements and an offer to come back and try again. No thanks. He also admitted to having very little sleep the night before which probably expains a lot but he made no allowances for that so I'm not either.

Description of Work: LJ gave me an estimate for some work that needed to be done at my house. Two jobs were done immediately w/no issue. I had a problem w/work done by a handyman who installed a water softener about a year ago and was told the water pressure issue couldn't be corrected. LJ came to my house several times to try to fix the problem, he never gave up until resolved. His pricing was very reasonable for all the labor involved. Money well spent! I would highly recommend LJ to anyone and will most definitely use him again!
