Description of Work: My shower would not turn off and they repaired it. I called in the morning and they arrived within 3 hours. In the meantime, I did turn the water to almost off as it was so cold, I did not want the pipes to freeze. They called once to let me know there would be a short delay in arriving. They were a father and son team and quickly repaired the shower. They were professional and easy to talk to. The time spent on the repair was approximately less than half an hour. I felt the charge was a bit high.

Description of Work: I had purchased a new 50 gallon hot water heater to replace the original 40 gallon installed when the house was built in 1996. KC Metro removed the original hot water heater and hauled away, installed the new hot water heater, and cleaned up the mechanical room where they had worked. To bring the hot water system up to code, an expansion tank was needed to be installed as well. The labor and cost of the expansion tank was included in the total cost above.

Description of Work: Had my 28 yr old water heater go out and I contacted LJ by Angie's List messaging at 2am. He called me immediately and said he could do the job as early as 3am. I told him that wasn't necessary but later in the day would be fine. He was here when he said he would be and finished quicker. Very friendly and professional. Absolutely would use his services again.

Description of Work: We had a large pipe in our basement replaced as well as the trap drain. Very pleased with the services he provided and being so prompt during a time of the year frozen pipes were keeping everyone busy. While ours weren't frozen, they were serious and handled promptly.
