Description of Work: Called them in to figure out what was leaking in my basement. The plumber was very knowledgeable and thorough. He told me quickly what was needed to be done and went over options with me. Ultimately I did not have them perform the replacement as the price was quite a bit higher than other plumbers and couldn't have done it same day.

Description of Work: Outside Faucet that had been replaced 7 years prior by AB May (so that should have lasted another 10+ years) was leaking so my thought was that it was more than a washer. Nope - that's what it was so instead of spending $1 and doing it myself I called them out. It was late December and not the right time of the year to put that off.. They came out on a weekend which was above and beyond to me otherwise I would have rated the price down.
