Description of Work: LJ gave me an estimate for some work that needed to be done at my house. Two jobs were done immediately w/no issue. I had a problem w/work done by a handyman who installed a water softener about a year ago and was told the water pressure issue couldn't be corrected. LJ came to my house several times to try to fix the problem, he never gave up until resolved. His pricing was very reasonable for all the labor involved. Money well spent! I would highly recommend LJ to anyone and will most definitely use him again!

Description of Work: LJ and his helper were quick,and stood by the $99 for two hour committed price. They found the external water turn off valve for our building, installed two shut off valves under the kitchen sink, and installed a new sink faucet. Excellent workmanship.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet and two bathroom faucets. We provided the new faucets. There were two men who showed up, who took a total of 6 man hours to do the three faucets, an average of 2 hours per faucet. This was probably appropriate for the kitchen faucet but the work on the bathroom faucets seemed slow at $100 per hour for each plumber.

Description of Work: L.J. replaced a failed diverter valve on my spa tub. He was efficient, neat, professional. It took several hours plus a trip to the supply shop. I felt for the excellent quality of the work done that the cost was fair. I would not hesitate to call him again and will gladly recommend him. He also came the day I called him which was a plus and he cleaned up when he was done!!.
