Our experience could not have gone better. Pedro came out, took time to go over everything he was going to do, and was more than happy to answer every question we had. He certainly seemed to be an expert at his job! In just a couple of days, we are already seeing less of the pests that were found around our home.

Joshua Davis showed came to do my quarterly service. He was very personable and informative. Did everything that was asked of him. I had noticed fleas on my dog and flea control is part of the warranty. He treated for fleas and re-filled my bait boxes. He came to the door when he was done and reminded me that my garage door was open. Great service.

The technician Carl was very professional and friendly. He got the work done quickly and did a good job.

I've used Joshua's Pest Control for over a year now, and they are always thorough, punctual and very responsive when I have a pest need. I live in an older home so it's no easy task ridding it of creatures. They're always eager to offer a re-treatment at anytime. My most recent experience was with mice getting in with the season change, and Joshua Davis was very thorough, did a complete walk through of the exterior of my home to help identify entry points. He also said he will follow up to ensure the problem was fixed. It truly eased my biggest fear, mice.

David did a terrific job and also took care of a bug problem we just recently noticed.

Technician, Joshua Davis, was friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. He explained the different applications he used and worked quickly & effectively. He used shoe covers when entering the house after working in the yard & around the exterior perimeter of the house.

It went well. From last quarter's service the ants and chiggers in the lawn have been reduced dramatically. The occasional mouse seems to have disappeared.

It went ok. Everyone we had contact with was very polite and professional. I just don't see much difference in my bug problem. Not sure what product they use but it didn't seem to work very well. I might try them again though because of the great customer service.

I would like to comment on the job Georgie performed for us. First off, he was on time. In fact, he was 10 minutes early. He was very polite, well dressed and well groomed. He explained to me what services he was going to perform what products he was going to use. He reviewed and answered all questions and concerns that I had. He did an excellent job on the outside of the house and yard. If the pest control products work as well as Georgie’s effort in applying them, I am sure I will be satisfied. Great! Professional communication, prompt and friendly service. They send a detailed explanation of what was sprayed, the quantity as well as what pests are targeted with each application.

Joshua's has responded very quickly with any concerns we have about bugs in our home. They have educated us about how they are treating our home. Today Carl treated our home and was thorough and helpful. We were concerned about ants and he educated me on leaving them alone to take the bait with them rather than trying to kill the ants that are in the house. Overall Joshua's is a very positive experience and has been taking excellent care of our home. In between service periods, they come and address our concerns at no additional cost.

They did a great job we're super professional and answered all the questions I had. I've had service like this done before but the service professional hadn't been as knowledgeable as Georgie from Joshua Pest Control. It was great to get all my questions answered.

He explained how their treatment is different in the rain than on dry days. As always he was very cordial and explained everything he'd done and why.

The service was great. Lupe was our field expert. He was punctual and thorough in explaining what he was doing to treat the house and yard. We were very satisfied with the services performed.

This was our second treatment by Joshua's Pest Control. Our new home had been unoccupied for 3 months so problems with insects was high when we moved in. The reduction of pests had significantly decreased since the first treatment, but we were still having wasp problems. Dale was extremely helpful explaining the habitat of wasps and took extra measures to treat them. As before, follow up service for the problem is offered free of charge. What a blessing it has been to have reliable service to help us deal with this problem. Highly recommend Dale and the other Joshua's Pest Control members we have had contact with over the last few months.
