Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the pest service we signed up for in August. Last night we noticed some tiny ants near our sink area. We called this am and had a same day appointment made within minutes. We were also asked if we had any other pest problems. My husband and I had discussed earlier that we thought we still might have a spider issue in the upstairs bedrooms. The company receptionist put that down on the service call sheet, too. After working in the kitchen area, Brandon attacked all of the upstairs rooms. The employees of Joshua's are polite and so well trained...from phone receptionists to technicians appearing at the front door. We are highly satisfied with your team member's training, customer service savvy, and knowledge of their bugs. I like the monogrammed white shirts and the booties routinely put on upon entering the home. It conveys a sense of caring to the homeowner. Thanks. I want to give a top rating to technician Nick who did our first inside/outside treatment (8/11) and to Brandon who came today (9/27). I believe it was Emily on the phone coordinating my service call this morning. Employee rewards should be given to this dynamic trio for service well done. WJH

I used them just for maintenance and prevention. I have used other companies in the past and often wondered what I was even paying for. Joshuas was so incredibly thorough and professional. Kevin spent a good amount of time and did not rush or take short cuts. I would definitely recommend this company!

Brandon was professional and thorough. He was careful to explain everything he was doing and why. He is definitely an asset to Joshua's. I was approached yesterday morning by Matt who gave me extensive information about Joshua's and why his service would benefit me. I was impressed by his professional, non-intimidating manner. When I agreed to try the service, he said that his technician would be out between 2 and 4...and he was! Joshua certainly understands the value of good customer service.

I was a bit concerned when I got a cold call about using this pest service. The man that came to the door was kind friendly and spoke the good words. I didn't have pest control so I signed up for it. Immediately felt unsure about the service I just signed up for. But they came to my home on time covered my entire home inside and out and true to their word cleaned the outside of all spider webs. This gave me my outside deck back :). I now go out there and enjoy the space bug free. They had a follow up call to be sure the service was acceptable as well as to remind me they will return any time if I need an additional treatment. they called and scheduled the quarterly again showing up on time and both Kevin and Brandon were very pleasant again cleaned any signs of webs off my windows etc. I'm very pleased with the service and employees this company provides.

It went great. Gene and Kevin were on time and very courteous and friendly. We have a new puppy and they were so great with her and very patient with her excitement at having guests :) We have been having a huge flea problem in our backyard, we would literally step off the back porch and be swarmed by them. They did a great job taking care of that and I can actually go in my back yard now!!

They notified me ahead of time they were coming. Gene came on time and left a very detailed note of what he did, what pests he saw, and what product he used for every area of my yard.

We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Joshua's Pest Control over the past year. We receive quarterly service, they always call to remind us to set up our service, and they return if necessary. On this recent visit Jose was our technician. He was prompt, arriving when he said he would. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He got the job done very effectively and answered any questions we had. He left a detailed description of everything he did. We would be happy to have Jose return again.

Dayne gave a detailed description of work to be performed during initial consultation and I received his e-mail confirmation (with prices) within minutes. During appointment, Lupe went over details again and walked the parimeter of the house for me to show him areas of concern. I then received a call from the office to go over details of the and future services. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. Appreciate the serevice.

The experience went well. Jose was very professional and arrived on time. Very friendly and answered my questions.

Michael Wilson was our field expert and was very professional, informative and punctual. He answered all my questions and did everything promised.

Kyle hood arrived to help with our brown recluse spider problem in our home. To start off, he was very professional and curtious. He spent some time asking us where we thought the problem was, and gave us tips on how to reduce the likely hood of spiders getting in to pur home. He also told us some specifics on where they like to stay, their habits and how to minimize their habitats. He was very thorough with his application, and while doing the application he continued to point out potentional areas that the spiders might favor. I was impressed with his knowledge and eager attitude. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

He took care of identified problems of my property, inside and outside the house, including my backyard and the roof of my house!!! He used many tools and many solutions to get the job done. When he finished his work he gave me a service ticket with details of his work. I am very satisfied with his work.
