Joshua Davis our technician was prompt, friendly and answered my questions with ease. I had questions about payment and he assured me that he would let them main office know and that someone should contact me the same day. They called me before he even left our house, and we're friendly, helpful and we were able to resolve the issue. Very pleased with the service we received today and how comfortable Me. Davis was with all aspects of his position. Job well done!

Lupe Garcia was very thorough, professional & kind. He explained with the yard being sprayed we would probably see more insects for the first 2 weeks which is exactly what happened. Hopefully it only lasted a day or two. He also put out a bait station for mice as we had had slight issues in the past.

Pedro Morales was very polite & professional. Lupe, who did our service last month, had told me they would spray the inside of the house this time around. Even though Pedro only planned to do the outside he willingly sprayed the inside. I have no complaints.

From the gentlemen who knocked on the door to offer the service to the Field Expert Dylan C. who did the treatment, to the office staff who have been so helpful over the phone...I have been very impressed with Joshua Pest Control. They have been incredibly professional and detailed in their service. I had never heard of JPC before and was a little concerned however the way I was treated from beginning to end let me know I had made the right decision. I would absolutely recommend them and I DO!!

Service was great! Everything was explained & when Ashton, the tech wasn't sure of an answer he called his trainer right away. Done in timely manner.

This company tries to do hard sells to potential customer and then stands behind none of the promises it makes. The services may be equivalent to other companies, but the attitude of the sales personnel and office staff is subpar and will cause you to make endless phone calls, and pull your hair out trying to convince someone what you were told by their representatives. Any company that makes you wish you had had a tape recorder to be able to prove what you were told isn’t worth the gamble. I had a salesman come to our door at dinner time and after a lengthy conversation in which he asked me what he could do to win my business (and get me to change from my current pest control company) he agreed to match the rate I was getting from my current pest control company as well as throw in an additional service for free (otherwise I didn’t really see any benefit to going through the effort on my part to switch companies – why would I?). He told me to call the office and tell them the details of our agreement and we’d get it all set up. When I did that, I spoke to a very nice lady who helped me get all set up for service the next day but when it came time to discuss the agreement the salesman made, she didn’t have an issue with matching my current rate at the other company, but questioned the additional service for free. I totally understood that so I waited for the salesman to call me back, as she requested, to discuss what he had agreed to. He proceed to tell me that he hadn’t agreed to the additional service and now on the phone even quoted a different price for it than he had that night at my house! Why would I A) make up something that we spoke about just a few days earlier and B) have agreed to change services for a price so much higher than my current rate?? He kept saying that I “must be confused” (if he couldn’t keep the deals he was offering straight, he shouldn’t have been knocking on doors and disrupting people’s evenings). Not only did he try to say that I was confused on his agreeing to throw in the additional service, he then totally denied having agreed to match my current rate. I told him I wasn’t interested if he was going to be so untrustworthy, and called the office back to speak to the woman who set up my account. I asked to speak to the same lady but she was on another phone call. After explaining my situation to the new woman, she told me I would need to speak to the original lady because she was the office manager and handles these types of situations. But then two minutes later I get a call back from the same lady that tells me the first lady isn’t going to call and that I would need to pay the current rate, that now not even the agreed-to rate-match was available. I do not want to do business with people that can’t keep their word and can become this dismissive of their customers. I wouldn’t be as upset (although a company that is this slippery should be known to all) except that I had already terminated my current pest service, so I could switch to Joshua's. So I’ve now been left without a pest company! I am very disappointed in the way this company handles its potential customers and actually would not trust them to do what they say they are going to do.

The field expert "Brandon" was prompt, curtious, and very professional. Brandon listened to my concerns as well as answering my questions. Overall very satisfied!

We pay them $500 for the year and it is about $125 a quarter. I have been using them about a year.

Lupe Garcia was very punctual, professional, and helpful. He was thorough in the preventative treatment as well as proactive in sighting a nest of ants outside our home. He also worked to address our issues of wasps getting in the house. Overall it went extremely well. I've not seen any more wasps in the house since the treatment a few days ago.
