Brandon, with Joshua's Pest Control arrived promptly at 8 a.m. He was extremely professional explaining everything he was doing and how we can follow-up if necessary. Joshua's personnel seem much more friendly and professional than 2 other pest control services we have had. Also, their service is much more thorough than others.

Georgie was very professional, polite and informative about what he was doing and what to expect. Hoping the products he used do the job work as intended. To soon to tell.

A door to door sales representative from this company was in our neighborhood selling quarterly service plans. The very smooth talking salesman was very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. Shame on me for giving in and signing on the dotted line of an extremely expensive service agreement. There is an additional sign-up cost and then it is $119 every quarter. They lock you into a very expensive service agreement with a lot of pretty words saying that they are giving you a "deal" because they know that neighbors talk and they want to make sure all of our neighbors get a "special deal" for signing up today. Do not believe this! Their business model and pricing is all about getting you to sign on the dotted line so that they make money no matter what. If you try to cancel before the year is over they charge you an outrageous $140 cancellation fee. It's completely absurd. Additionally, in my 6 years of living in my house I have never had a bug/pest problem until I used Joshua's Pest Control. Of course they say that with the plan you have an unlimited service call guarantee and that they will come out as often as needed. While that seems nice, my issue with this is that I shouldn't have to call repeatedly for additional spray services when I've never had a bug/pest issue in the past. I have never had to call for additional spray services before using Joshua's Pest Control. With the price you are paying you shouldn't have to call between quarterly services. Shame on me for giving in to a pushy smooth talking salesman and trying something new when the company I was using before was working great. I feel like Joshua's Pest Control's business model and pricing are terrible. It almost feels like extortion. I decided to cancel before the end of the first year. This way it only cost me $350 rather than almost $600. I had to call 4 times over a 5 day period in order to cancel my service agreement. Each time I called they kept telling me that the only person who can authorize a service cancellation was either out of the office or busy and that someone would call me by the end of business that day. I never received a call. I do not recommend this company. Do your research and find another company that is local, more reasonably priced, and uses better quality pest prevention that does not require additional service calls. Lesson learned!

Very Good! Tyler Wood was very respectful and friendly. He was also very quick at what he does! Definitely would want him to do this again if needed in the future.

Work was done on time and efficiently.

Tech Dallin arrived on time the next day for our initial treatment. Went smoothly, he explained all he was going to do and asked for any areas that we especially wanted treated. Came in and treated areas we specifically indicated. Went over all he had done and made sure he got every area we wanted done. Time will tell if the treatment works but the service was excellent!

It went great! Our tech Jason was very professional, and seemingly fearless! He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and assured me pets and wildlife would not be harmed as a result of the treatment as I was very concerned.

Dallin and Jason were very curtious and professional. They did a thorough job. They wiped the outside of the house to get rid of all the webs. I would recommend their service.

I signed a contract with them. They are really good. It is going to be quarterly going forward. He sprays for ants, hornets, etc. The price was very reasonable. They were in the neighborhood so for the initial visit they gave me a heck of a deal. They were doing all my neighbors so they fit me into a time slot since I signed up right away. It worked, I don't have any more ants or spiders. I haven't had to call them back yet. They called when they were in the neighborhood. They were very professional.

Andy was the Field Expert, that came to my residence to provide the first treatment. He was on time and professional about his task. He knew his stuff, educated me about the treatment, I have pets so he ensured me, what he was applying will not hurt the pet. He was friendly, kept me informed of what he was doing. Once completed, again went through all he did. Very professional.

Field expert Dallin provided packaged follow up service. Everything, including differences from initial visit and continued applications, was explained very patiently and clearly. Dallin was friendly professional, and administered treatment thoroughly. Overall I have been very pleased with all interactions and results.

He did a great job, treated the front yard and exterior of the home as well as the deck and front porch for insects. He also sprayed the basement and garage. There was more effort in the application of pest control products that with other companies that we have used in the past. We were very pleased.

Started with a little confusion on address but office and technicians got it figured out quickly. All else went smooth and quickly.

Jason was great. He was professional, punctual, and communicated with us through out. He was genuinely concerned that we keep our eyes open for continuing problems, so he can come out and re-treat at no cost. So far, so good.

Excellent! Both the salesman and the gentleman who performed the services were outstanding. They were very respectful, and did a great job of explaining services.

We met with the Koltin (salesman) who came to our door as several of our neighbors had hired them for treatments of their yards. He was very professional, offered an initial discount on our first treatment as they would already be in the area treating our neighbors. I had asked him to come back later that day to speak to my husband and then he'd have our decision. We looked the company up and we're impressed with the positive reviews they already had, my husband asked a few questions as we have young children and pets. Koltin answered them professionally and arrived in a timely manner to meet with my husband. We signed up for services and paid the initial fee for services that day. We immediately received an email with our receipt, service plan and associated costs, and what I like the most: details on exactly what chemicals they use to treat for insects and rodents. We also received an email confirmation of our upcoming appointment. Koltin let us know that we could expect our field technician the next day, a Saturday (that just happens to be when our other neighbors were getting their service done and was part of the deal in order to receive the initial discount) at 8am for treatment. My husband and I were extremely impressed - our field technician James showed up 10 minutes early and while I would have been more than happy to let him start early, he respectfully waited in his vehicle until 8am. He then came up to the house and went over what he would be doing and the areas of the house that he would be accessing. His appearance was very professional: clean-cut, clothes were clean and tucked in. He spoke with knowledge of his field and advised us of some general do's and do nots after initial treatment. The entire time he was at our home he was respectful, and thorough in the treatment applications. We would have zero hesitation in requesting him again to treat our home and plan to do so for our future planned treatments. James cleared any webs or nests near our house and treated our entire property by putting down a base line at the edge of our yard and working his way in. He then treated the foundation around the outside of our home and finished by treating the inside of our home with an application around the base boards. He was thorough and diligent in his work. I will follow up as we progress with their services, but as of right now I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family. Highly impressed!
