Description of Work: The actual service was effective and well done. The issue is two years of continual issues with scheduling and lack of effective communications. Every time service was scheduled it was extremely difficult to get the proper service at the proper time. Getting a callback was difficult and they never seemed to record the instructions and/or communication from the previous quarter's visit. It finally got to be more trouble than it was worth and I canceled the service. I will find a local service to replace them.

Description of Work: They've exterior only for the last 2 or 3 years, cost is a little over $100 every 3 months. As far as I understand, interior would cost extra. Ants and other creepy crawlies have been gone almost since the first treatment, so I give them an A in that respect, but mice still get in the garage every year. Thanks for the reminder, I'll give them a call about that

Description of Work: They treated my home for silverfish, carpenters bees and wasps. I had a hard time finding a company that would treat for bees and wasps. My only real issue was all of the telephone calls required for scheduling. It seems like there might be some national company that does some of the scheduling an then a local office. It sounded like some people schedule outside spraying and loacally they schedule inside spraying. There seems to be a disconnect between the two.

Description of Work: Quarterly service. Treated exterior of home. With this service I could have requested treatment inside my home, garage, and or basement at no additional charge. Since I haven't had any bug, spider, or mouse activity in my home during the past 3 months it wasn't necessary for inside treatment.

After all these years, I've only had one minor mishap with a late technician, but Jeremy apologized and offered half price for the visit which of course made up for it. One thing that sticks out in my mind is I had a mouse in a trap and Jeremy came out on Christmas eve to take care of it. I thought this was great customer service and above and beyond the call of duty.

A technician comes to the house at different times of the year, so far once this summer and once this fall, and treats indoors and outdoors for various insects and spiders. The service is very thorough. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. The price is reasonable for the peace of mind. No spiders or insects. Very pleased.

They email and call to let me know when they are scheduling to come to make sure it is a good time and also sees if there is anything else that needs to be done. So they are very good about that kind of stuff. Really easy to get along with and to do business with. They do good work and I strongly recommend them.

Description of Work: They come and spray inside and out and set traps for bugs. If you maintain the quarterly account like we do, they come and do the things you've scheduled and they will come in between if you request it also.
