Description of Work: Roger was prompt to arrive within an hour after we called (which was really nice) and diagnose the problem with our water heater that kept going out (it was about 7 years old, so not ancient, but not new either). He charged $300 for parts and labor for work that took about an hour. The next day, it went out again twice and we had to restart it each time. We called him and he said it might be another part that he would have to charge for. No thanks. We'll find someone that can do it right the first time, especially for that price.

Description of Work: great service just very expensive. Had the another plumber come to fix the same problem in a different shower, plus he fixed two toliets and the cost was about 1/2 of what Roger charged to fix one shower.

Description of Work: HE TIED INTO A WATER LINE IN THE KITCHEN.

Description of Work: DID NOT SERVICE MY AREA, BUT RECOMMENDED SOMEONE ELSE NOT ON THE LIST.

Description of Work: REPLACED HOT WATER HEATER WITH NEW, LARGER CAPACITY ONE, REPAIRED BOTH TOILETS IN BATHROOMS, PUT ICEMAKER IN WORKING ORDER AND BROUGHT HUMIDIFIER UP TO WORKING CONDITION.

Description of Work: MY SIBLINGS AND I CALLED ROGER THE PLUMBER TO INSTALL A NEW TOILET IN MY ELDERLY MOTHER'S HOME. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. SHE NOW HAS A STATE OF THE ART TOILET IN AN OLDER HOME. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB.
