One of the workers came out to the house, charged $49 for the service call, and then wanted to charge around $500 for the job. We thought that he was joking! We didn't have him do it, obviously, and I did it in 30 minutes and the part cost $4, and I have never done it before.

Went very well. Did all they said they would. Professional.

They came out and installed a new pump. It was more involved, he thought that the water company would reimburse us for the installation. The installer was misinformed and we were not reimbursed. The total cost was $1400+ and come to find out the pump he installed was around $250. We felt that we were severely overcharged.

Jason arrived within 1/2 hour after my contact with the company. He used a small rug on the exterior as well as one on the interior of my home. His shoes were covered. After analyzing the situation, he presented me with a price from a standard menu. It seemed high, but assuming that most plumbers would be in this range or more, I accepted the price. The work was completed in less than a half hour. I used a coupon from Angie's List and a senior discount to take the price down to $170. Except for the high price. I would call Jason back in a heartbeat for some other minor repairs. He was knowledgeable, quick and very professional.

Yes, this company is expensive, but their customer service is outstanding and carrying everything on the truck makes the work go smoothly and efficiently. The plumber did point out other potential problems but did not strong-arm me into having the work done. I've been very pleased with their work.

I discovered that I paid WAY TOO MUCH FOR THE WORK.

They even take their shoes off, before they come into the house. That's a definite sign of respect. He not only fixed the toilet, but came back at no charge when their were minor problems. They guarantee their work for 5 years and come out at no charge to fix any problems during that time. They sent the same technician back. He found something else wrong with the home downstairs that could have caused a potential flood and he fixed that as well. I was really impressed that they sent someone out the same day and send the same tech back for any problems. Luke, in their parts department is also excellent. We needed some toilet seats replaced. We couldn't find what we needed. He made a lot of calls to locate the right seats and we could just pick them up ourselves to save some money. I would highly recommend them. He does guarantees his work for up to 5 years. I have had him out 3 others times since then for no extra charge.

Although Roger sent over an employee to give us an estimate, and did not charge us the $39.00 fee to take a look at our problem, the estimate was for over $700. We had another plumber arrive within a day and complete the replacement of our shower drain for $125.00.

Once the garbage disposal was switched to the other side, we started having even more problems with our disposal. We also started to experience water leaks later that winter.

Awesome service, worth the money. Jason rolled out the red carpet, arrived on time, measured the space, and recommended against a 75 gallon, because it would be too big--for the room and my needs. Instead of dragging the old unit and new one thru 3 flights of stairwells, and possibly damaging my walls, he came around the house thru the patio door--wiped his feet and the unit--pristine work. He also at no charge solved a 27 year old annoyance of a gas pipe crossing the utility room at throat level--by suggesting and installing flexible pipe. He made excellent suggestions which I really appreciated. Took extra time to walk me thru procedures for relighting in case it ever goes out. And he changed out my humidifier filter, also at no extra charge. All this, on a Sunday at no extra charge. How come everyone doesn't provide this kind of service? You get what you pay for and I got the best.

They were here when they said they would be. Very courteous. Did everything neatly. The one comment that I did not appreciate was at the end, when it was determined that there was a bigger problem than they could handle. "I have just wasted my time on something that I cannot help you with". Please call, and they might be able to help you.

This was the second time I used Roger (and it will be the last). Both times were emergencies, so I felt I had no choice but to pay the outrageous prices quoted to me. The quality of work in both cases was good, but the price was on the verge of criminal. Luckily I used Water Works to finish the remainder of this job, and a few others. Water works completed all my work for less than half of the price Roger quoted me (which would have been on top of the $400 I forked over for a simple patch). Don't use this company unless you like paying double the going rate.

I was very impressed with the quick response. He told me everything he was going to do and exactly how much it would cost. He made all the repairs, and also checked a few other common plumbing failure regions for a 10 year old house. That part did not cost anything and thankfully, all checked out fine. I appreciated that he didn't talk down to me either. I don't know if the service was expensive as I have never needed a plumber before. One always hears about how expensive plumbers are, so I suppose it was probably about the same as other people charge. Really great service, though.

Plumber arrived within 30 minutes, as they have always done in the past. Plumber was very friendly, courteous and informative. He worked most of the day in a dark crawl space with very little room to stand and kept a positive attitude. Did an outstanding job and gave me a discount due to the additional work required. With this plumber I believe I am paying more than average. However, I KNOW I am always going to get a friendly, knowledgeable plumber the same day who will fix the problem - no matter what. When it comes to plumbing problems, you can't ask for more than that. I intend to use this plumber for all future needs.

He was professional and everything was fine. At the most the job took only 20 mins. to do. The price however was supposed to be a senior citizens discount but it was way too expensive. I found out that I could have had someone to do the same job at a much cheaper price. I have used him before and had been satisfied but will not again due to the new prices. I did fill out the feedback card that he gave me but did not receive a response from it.

I came home from serving on jury duty @ 5:00 and walked in to a terrible smell. After I determined my sewage pump (it pumps water from my finished lower level up to the main sewer line) had quit I called Roger the Plumber @ approx. 5:15 on Valentine's day. Corky Williams came as promised by 7:00 with a new pump. He profusely removed the old pump and replaced the new one in no time and made a stinky and expensive job as pleasant as possible. Just don't try to out smart him on rock & roll trivia!

Plumber was on time and very polite. I had the same plumber in 3-4 weeks earlier to fix another problem with the same toilet. This time instead of the leak being at the valve it was leaking from the bottom center of the tank. I had the water turned off when he arrived, and could not readily get the tank to leak. He said it was a bad seal and the bolts needed to be replaced that hold the tank to the toilet itself. The estimate was $315, keep in mind I had put $338 into it 3-4 weeks before!! I could not justify putting over $650 into a toilet and advised the plumber that I intended to shop around. He then asked what I was willing to pay, I responded I didn't know what was fair and that I preferred to shop around. He did waive the service call, however. Then before he left he checked the toilet again and it had started to leak - it was then that he found a hairline crack in the back of the tank which was causing the leak, so it wasn't the seal and bolts after all.

The contractor quoted $1000 to reroute the gas line and install our firelogs. This was very overpriced and was an attempt to 'rip us off'. For this we paid a $39 estimate fee.

REP TRIED STRONGARM SALES TACTICS FOR NUMEROUS THINGS NEITHER NEEDED OR WANTED. THEY ARE AN UNETHICAL COMPANY.

THE MAN WHO CAME TO OUR HOUSE WAS VERY NICE, BUT IT IS CRYSTAL CLEAR THAT ROGER THE PLUMBER RIPPED US OFF ON PRICE. I HAD HEARD THEY WERE EXPENSIVE, BUT GOOD. NOW I KNOW THEY ARE RIDICULOUSLY OUT OF LINE ON PRICE.

ON TIME, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL BUT THE CHARGE WAS $193 FOR LESS THAN 1 HOURS WORK WITH 1 MAN. SEEMS VERY HIGH PRICED TO ME.

MIKE WAS VERY PROMPT AND DID A GREAT JOB. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, ALTHOUGH THE PRICES QUOTED SEEMED ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. WE HAD HIM REPAIR THE VALVE, BUT OPTED TO NOT HAVE HIM DO ANY ADDITIONAL JOBS. SINCE THE VALVE HAD TO BE REPLACED IN ORDER TO RESTORE OUR WATER SERVICE, WE FELT WE DIDN'T HAVE A CHOICE AND PAID THE PRICE FOR THE SINGLE REPAIR. ONE GOOD THING IS THAT HE ORIGINALLY QUOTED $290, BUT DROPPED THE PRICE SINCE WE WERE REPEAT CUSTOMERS. THAT WAS A WELCOME BENEFIT.

THEY DID COME OUT RIGHT AWAY WHICH WAS WONDERFUL AND THEY GOT RIGHT TO THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT. HOWEVER, I FEEL LIKE THE PRICE IS WAY TOO HIGH FOR ONLY 40 MINUTES OF WORK.

HE DOES VERY GOOD WORK, BUT HE IS QUITE A TALKER. HE'S A VERY NICE FELLOW.
