My husband kept clogging up our old toilet due to the medication he was taking. They were right on time for the appointment and they even called me ahead of time when plumber was on the way. He took off his shoes. He gave me three options and had a hadicapped toilet on the truck. Everything went well. Mike cleaned up my bathroom floor and left it cleaner than when he started. I am very satisified. Will call them again.

Roger did a great job. He and another plumber thought about where the most logical place to cut into the ceiling would be instead of jumping right in. I will never again have to figure out what to do with a leak if it happened again because I won't have to hammer into my floor.

This company is very clever. Uses "menu" pricing (blind as to item/parts/vs. service charge) and entices you with low initial service charge of $39 even on evenings and weekends. But a hot water heater that retails for $400 - $500 at other reputable plumbers costs $1800 installed by "Roger the Plumber". Absolutely predatory. We are seniors and were alarmed because the hot water heater was leaking so we called Roger the Plumber because we recognized their name from commercials. They gave us the price up front but we felt some urgency and agreed to it. Shame on us. Now we feel taken. The reviews on other sites confirm that this is a company that charges 3-4 times more than others and conceal it with their "menu" pricing. Stay away!!!

They were punctual and the price would have been competitive with other providers considering what they had to do.

We have had great success with them. We keep inviting them back and they do a wonderful job. They are very dependable as far as timeliness goes; they take their time to inspect the problems and tell you your options upfront. They hardly ever pressure you into doing anything. We found their prices to be comparable and fair. The work surpasses expectations. I would use their service in future.

They are quite expensive, but they do stand behind their work. If you have a problem then they come right back to fix it. They are very responsive and come out right away. We do plan to continue using them in the future.

My call was on Christmas Eve. He arrived, was here for less than 5 minutes and charged an extreme rate. I felt a little taken advantage of because of the holiday timing and my needed service. He had little explanation for the charge except to say, "Oh well, what are you gonna do?"

I have used Roger the Plumber off and on for 15 years. I like that he is still in business. Each time we have called them to do something, we have been satisfied with their response and price.

I called to asked why the pricing was so high and no one would return my calls. I also emailed and got no response. Their products are probably fine, but they take advantage of people who don't know what something should cost. Their professionalism ranks an F with me since they wouldn't respond. I will never use them again.

It took longer than I hoped it would take. The guy who came out had to actually call Roger himself to come and help him, because he could not get something fixed, but then by the time Roger got there, he had gotten it fixed. It was expensive work. I have used that company a number of times, but I generally do not get warm and fuzzy feelings from them.

He was very professional, efficient and friendly. He did an excellent job and I was very happy to work with him. He also did some extra work and did not charge anything extra for that work. The price was very reasonable.

They were extremely overpriced. I could have purchased two new toilets for the price to repair one.

My garbage disposal had his sticker on it from the previous owners. I called him and he said it would cost $35.00 for him to look at it. He comes out and tells me that I needed another one, and he recommended the $800.00 top of the line. I questioned the need for a new one, but since he didn't leave me the old one or any paperwork on the new one, I have no booklet to troubleshoot my unit if I have problems.

They did a fine job. They came right on time. I have called them on other occasions and they actually would come the same day. They also will call and tell me when they are on their way.

We choose to use them because they were able to come out so quickly. They came out within an hour of me calling them! The workers were very friendly and professional. They gave us an estimate up front and were very straightforward about what the pricing was going to be. If we had decided to not have the work done right then we would have had to pay a service charge; however, since we did have the work done then, we didn't have to pay for the service charge. They explained the work they were doing and they did a good job. We would use them again.

The plumber gave me a flat rate quote of $492.47 which I had to accept or reject before he started. He indicated the project would be somewhat difficult due to the location of the drain pipe between the foundation and a gas line. After I accepted the quote he proceeded to complete the job in less than an hour with almost no effort. I realize a professional should be properly compensated, but this charge was outrageous. I'd say the quality of the work was excellent.

They where very friendly when they where there working. They where very professional about the job. They had showed up on time. They even came out on a Sunday. They cleaned up there mess when they where done working.

I use them all the time. I would not even try to get someone cheaper, the stress a plumbing problem causes is worth the cost.

Roger the Plumber doesn't give estimates over the phone--instead they state they will discount the service call charge if the work is performed at that time. Of course, that doesn't give one much opportunity to compare prices. He offered to install a freeze-proof water faucet on the back of the house. The final bill was $455.33. That seemed very expensive to me, given that the parts retail online for about $50. Even with labor at twice the cost of the part--this should have cost no more than $150.

He was able to get out right away and explained all of the details to me about the repairs. I would highly recommend him to any one. Their service was great, showed up on time and were very friendly at my home. I know i will continue to use them in the future.

I always use Roger the Plumber because they do it right the first time. Even on a Saturday afternoon when nobody else is working. Mike, Roger's tech, tried to repair my old leaky Moen kitchen faucet from a home improvement store, but as he explained my options, I saw it wasn't worth it. I'd already had to replace the sprayer twice, (once turpentine melted the plastic button!) but now it was leaking all over, wasting water and wouldn't even shut off. Moen's are lousy. The previous homeowner got it at a box store--never again! You get what you pay for. Mike had a Delta sprayer faucet on his red Roger the Plumber truck, and installed it quickly--so I didn't miss my theatre plans. From the red carpet to the booties to discussing my options, I really felt like Roger and Mike cared about me. I trust them. I'm done with box stores and cheap crap that goes out of warranty. Roger makes sure I don't mess up the value of my biggest investment. For the value, the price is worth it.
