Description of Work: New counter tops,back splash

Description of Work: They installed new granite countertops and backsplash. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire process from the sales side to the installation and cleanup. I would recommend The Granite Center to everyone.

Description of Work: |I had originally looked at granite at The Gallery, but Granite Center seemed to be much easier to deal with and less expensive. I was able to choose how I wanted them to cut the granite slabs, which was awesome! That whole process went well. Problems didn't arise until after the granite was installed. I had to have them come and fill some pits in the granite, which I thought they would have looked for before they installed it, or perhaps while they were here installing it. It took a few phone calls, before they finally showed up. When they did come, they politely came in and quickly fixed the areas that needed attention. Unfortunately, I now need them to come and tighten the faucet they installed, because it is very, very loose. The drain seal on my sink is also loose. (They didn't seem to know what they were doing, as they hooked up the plumbing.) I would recommend not paying them to do that. I called Granite Center three times over a 6 week period. Each time they said they would move me up on the list, but no one ever came. All in all, their prices are very good and the quality of the stone they have was fine. It's in the service area that they are lacking. I had read that exact thing here on Angie's List, but thought it was worth a try. Just know that if you need them to come back out, it will either take a while before they show up, or they may not come at all.

Description of Work: They installed granite counter tops throughout my whole kitchen. I did a lot of price shopping and they came out on top compared to others.

Description of Work: THEY ARRIVED AT 9:00AM AND BEGAN DIS-ASSEMBLY OF OF BACK SPLASH, SINK AND COUNTER TOP. THE CREW WORKED WELL TOGETHER AND HAD IT ALL DONE BY 5:30PM THAT EVENING. THE COVERING OF THE FLOORS WITH RUBBER MATS AND THE CLEAN UP AS WELL AS THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS APPRECIATED. THE CREW CONSULTED WITH US IF THEY WEREN'T SURE ON HOW WE WANTED THE TILE WORK DONE AS WELL AS PLUMBING CONCERNS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB! WE NEED SOME GRANITE WORK DONE IN OUR TWO BATH ROOMS AND WE PLAN TO UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

Description of Work: Granite counter tops & island in kitchen and 3 bathroom counter tops with sinks. We were so happy with the install we were back a week later to have them do the wet bar in the basement.
