The person that fixed the door also gave us advices on how to avoid the problem to repeat itself.
"Member, Thank you for the kind words. I am happy that we were able to help remedy the issues you were having with your shower door. I am glad you found the experience helpful and efficient. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and workmanship. Let us know if you ever have further issues, or if there is anything else we can help you with."
"Member, I am glad you were satisfied with the mirrors we provided. Your sentiments are ones I hear echoed by many customers. It is true that big box stores and online merchants sell plate glass mirror, but you are stuck buying the size that they have available. Our pricing is generally very competitive with these stores, plus you are able to get the exact size needed. These merchants offer a low square footage price for their mirror, but then overcharge you for the fasteners or glue. I am glad we were able to provide advice on how to install the mirrors properly. Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and please let us know if you have any further glass needs."
