Thank you for taking the time to review Fountain Glass. I wanted to respond to a few of your questions. Our lead time on getting you your frame back was caused by a vendor delay. We ordered the glass as soon as you gave the go ahead. We got a delivery ticket from or vendor, but couldn't find the glass in our warehouse. That size and thickness stands out, but it was no where to be found. After we spent significant time trying to locate it, the vendor went ahead and sent a replacement. That "replacement" was scheduled to be here a few days later, but it was delayed by almost another week. The day it arrived we put the glass in your frame and called you indicating it was ready to be picked up. We have to order tempered glass from a vendor. We typically get pretty good time service on a piece of glass like this, but in this instance there were a couple of delays that made the delivery time feel overly onerous. I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and for any communication that was lacking. We do hope we can continue to provide service and support for any future glass needs.
