i unfortunately didn't know about Fountain Glass when i started my remodeling project. I went to one company and the price was outrageous. I then purchased a very nice standard shower door from Costco. Unfortunately, we learned that the shower pan wasn't level and one of the panes would not work. I was referred to FG after i got a quote from another company. They were amazingly. They out did the other company in every way. They were less expensive, very accommodating and got the order done in less than half the time of the other company. I will never get my glass needs from anyone else, and just placed another order today. To say that FG goes above and beyond for service is an understatement.

It went very well. He was on time and did a very good job of removing the old window and installing the new one. He was very pleasant and professional.

Everything went very smoothly and was fairly priced. In fact, it was less than I was expecting and wish I wouldn't have put it off as long as I did. The window pane matches perfectly, was installed in less than an hour, and the installer cleaned up the mess so well I didn't even know anything had been done. I will definitely use Fountain Glass again.

Not a lot of conversation but great service. I made a phone call which they returned promptly. We set up an appointment for an estimate. They showed up on time and a day later I had the estimate in my email. I called back made the 50% deposit and picked the day for them to come and fix the window. They were on time, quick and it look great.

Very well. The installer arrived early, was friendly and professional, worked quickly, and did a great job. Fountain Glass turned out to be the supplier for our builder, which I did not know beforehand, so it was a wonderful surprise to learn that they could exactly match the shower door we already had upstairs in our Guest Bedroom 3/4 bath! And the cost for the product plus delivery and installation can't be beat.

First, I would absolutely use Fountain Glass again. We had moisture/cloudiness in a few of our windows. I just assumed I would have to call a window company and have the entire window, frame and all, completely replaced. Someone told me to check into having just the glass replaced. I am very happy with the results. Windows look great. Installer was very professional and knowledgeable, and the install itself was shockingly simple and quick. In the end, my total cost was a fraction of what I would pay for new windows. I knocked them down a little on "Responsiveness" because they won't commit to a date/time when they will swing by your house. They don't make appointments for that. I just had to mark the window with tape and they would get back to me after they stopped by. It was over a week before they got back to me. From that point on, it takes a week to special order the glass (50% deposit due at that time) and about another week to schedule installation. If you've got 3 weeks to wait, I would recommend Fountain Glass.

The company promptly gave me an estimate and ordered the required "custom" windows. The installers were very professional and installed the windows correctly.

Outstanding company. Professional work. This was the only company that offered two options to complete the project. This was the only company that was concerned about the technical construction of the job, i.e. how the glass panels were placed so the design was strong, durable, and low maintanence. When I inquired about other ways their competition wanted to construct the project, Julie stated: " We don't do work like that; that's cheating." Wow Great Work, what luck to find this company! All my questions were answered including requested suggestions. Competitively priced. This explains their growth and success. Every detail from, scheduling to install went flawlessly. Will call again for future work.

Fountain Glass did a great job on this bathroom window. The seal on the original window had broken and we wanted to upgrade the type of glass. Fountain Glass inspected the original window and quickly provided a reasonable bid. The worker arrived on time to install the glass. It appears to be sealed and caulked well. We haven't detected any air or water leaks, and it looks great.

Fountain Glass replaced our clear glass sidelights with reeded glass. Because the trim around the original sidelights was stapled every inch or two, the trim couldn't be removed in one piece. As a result, the worker had to run to the store to buy new trim for the new sidelights. The new sidelights seem to be sealed and caulked well. The new trim is flawless. We are once again quite pleased with Fountain Glass and their employees.

Initially I was worried. We made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a 9-11 am appointment window. I took off work to meet them. We called around 9:30 to get an ETA and was told someone would have to call us back.. When they called back we were told it would not be until after 12PM. Blood pressure was severely elevated.. We went ahead and told them to come.. To our surprise, someone was at the house by 10:30. Work was completed within an hour even though we changed the scope of the work. Excellent attention to detail. These guys are the real deal when it comes to glass or mirror work. Highly recommend.

Got a fixed price to do the job, which I was happy with and accepted. Contractors came to do the work, took all my glass out and demanded another $120 per window (total $360) to replace a small piece of wood at the bottom of glass as it was rotten. There was nothing I could do but accept. Then cost me another $100 to touch up paint on the outside, to make good as to how they found it. Felt like I was robbed.

No one had ever called to let me know when they were on their way. I called the office to see if anyone would be coming out to completed the services. When I spoke with the woman in the office Barbie she advised a technician would be coming to do do the services and verified my number which was wrong so I gave her the correct phone number. Around 12:50 pm the technician Anthony got to my home but I never received the phone call from him to state he was on his way. Once he got to my home he was very rude to me. I was half joking with him and stated "I guess I get a discount" at which point he exploded on me and stated " I am an owner of the company, and I don't have to take this". He then left my home and the work was not completed.

We had a water damaged, double-pane picture window in a sunroom which was replaced. Fountain Glass was professional, punctual and had good communication throughout while providing a solid estimate up front. The team that replaced the glass did an excellent job and did the job right! With so many hurry-up, slap-dash providers around, I really appreciated their attention to detail and taking the time to ensure it was done properly, especially since the original poor installation was what had caused the water leak and damage in the first place. Highly recommended!

Great. Service was very professional and timely. Cost is very competitive.

It took about a week or so for the new pane to arrive and be installed. This was exactly as they had promised. When I picked the window up, everything looked great! And in my opinion, the price was very reasonable. I also brought along a second window that had an imperfection in the glass, which was sadly positioned right at eye level. They pulled the pane from this second frame and rotated it 180 degrees, so that the flaw was more towards the bottom of the window and therefore out of the line of a viewer's sight. They did this procedure for absolutely no charge. What a pleasant surprise! You don't find businesses like this every day.

Very professional company. The measuring and pricing was accomplished within a few days. The time frame for ordering and receiving the windows was about ten days. They called us to schedule the install and worked with us on our schedule availability. On the appointed day, two men showed up in a company truck and uniforms and went about their business in an extremely professional manner. The installation was flawless and the area was left cleaner than when they arrived. We are extremely happy with the service.

We visited their store several times before deciding on the glass, coating, and style. Each visit was informative and the staff was professional and well informed. A week or two before installation, they measured our space so ensure a perfect fit. At installation, they carefully installed each panel and the door and finished with clear silicone caulk. The doors are beautiful and the 10-year coating make them easy to wipe and maintain after each shower. After working with another provider for the glass in our kitchen cabinet doors and Fountain Glass for our bathroom, we'd return to Fountain Glass for future glass needs.

Overall very pleased. The gentlemen that came to do measuring were polite and professional. Company Followed up with an estimate to replace broken mirror in a timely manner. The mirror was installed with no issues.

We had problems getting that size of glass from their distributor that was not foggy or scratched, 4 pieces of glass to be specific. I discussed the problems with the owner who was embarrassed by the problems. They changed distributors and ended up with a beautiful piece of glass. Additionally, they compensated me financially for the problems. Fountain glass continued to honor the contract and make things right.

I called and ask about an estimate for a custom mirror to fit an archway above my staircase. They set an appointment for someone to come out and measure to be exact about the size I would need. Called me the following day with the estimate. I decided I wanted it done, they made another appointment to come out and make an exact pattern of the space for the mirror. The lady I spoke with said they could get it done for me before Thanksgiving and they were back out 2 days later to hang it just like I was told. Very professional and courteous and always prompt!

Based on the reviews here on Angie's list, I called and spoke with Tina who was very friendly and encouraged me to visit their showroom so I could see the products that they offered. The lady at the showroom when my husband and I visited was not very interested in helping us or addressing our questions. My impression was that they only wanted to deal with the "stock" offerings from their manufacturers and any deviations were too much trouble. Having done my own research at home and finding Fountain handled a manufacturer I was interested in, I called and scheduled an appointment and David came out to measure. He was friendly and said someone would call me with a bid. I was called that same afternoon and asked what I wanted. I tried to explain I was looking for a bright chrome finish, a header more square in design and an obscure glass thicker than the normal stock option. After hearing a very long sigh I was told I was talking to the lady (Nansue) who was there when I was in the showroom and "all we have is..." I ended up buying my doors from another local company who took the time to get a quote from the manufacturer for a little thicker glass. Although the header design was more curved than what I had hoped for it looks good and everyone I spoke with was super friendly and willing to help.
