They were quite responsive and provided us with a thorough estimate very quickly. Furthermore, they arrived ready to work, completed the job in timely manner, and didn't cause any damage to our belongings. In addition, they had one of the most competitive bids, and we feel as though the service was worth the cost.

It went well. They completed the work in just over an hour, so we asked them to help with other work around the house which they were happy to do. Furthermore, they were very careful to avoid causing any damage and were professional during the entire ordeal. We couldn't have been happier with their services and would definitely recommend them.

Everything went well. They arrived on time, did the work as promised, and took care to avoid damaging anything when moving the items.

Well, it didn't go very well, sadly. 1. The movers were not in physical condition to come out and move our furniture, therefore they had to bring in a 4th guy. 2. The damaged the following pieces of furniture: baby's crib mattress - $125 husband's dresser - $1200, my mirror - $200, my lamp - $50, and my brand new wall in my new home. All because they didn't wrap the furniture like they said they would. 3. It took several calls to have the owners schedule a repair guy to fix all the furniture (repair guy did a great job by the way) 4. When I spoke with the owner he made several excuses about the guys being out of shape because of some baseball game the night before, admitted he noticed the furniture wasn't wrapped, and then he even lied about when he arrived at my house. 5. To add injury to insult one of the movers kept complaining about how heavy my furniture was. Well of course its heavy, its good furniture that I worked hard for, that you damaged. So, I would not recommend these movers at all. The company I work for uses them, and so I figured they would want to do a good job for my move.

The two "hunks" showed up on time in College Hunk attire with great attitudes. I had a number of items I needed moved from one floor to another. Some items went from the main floor to the basement, some from the main floor to upstairs, some from basement to main floor and nearly 100 heavy file boxes from the basement to the garage. They carried clothes from my first floor closet up to the cedar closet, moved the treadmill and desk in the library to be more convenient in that room. They brought a grill out of the mud from the back yard to the garage and even swept it out. They neatly arranged all the file boxes so they fit in only one garage area rather than two so my husband's car would fit in the garage. They hauled a hammock frame to their truck. Basically, the guys did whatever I asked with enthusiasm and were very polite. They turned over sofa sections in my basement as I hunted for a lost portable phone, they even replaced a battery in a smoke detector that wasn't working! And yes, it was nice to have guys that actually had a brain (they are KU students)! I will definitely hire them again. It was worth every penny!

They called to see if they could come 90 minutes earlier than the scheduled 2 hour window. They explained the services and the cost up front. The cost was a little more than I expected but I had some large pieces that had to be removed from upstairs and downstairs which required navigating narrow stairways and a rock pathway with a lot of landscaping. The were friendly, cheerful and didn't complain once about the challenges of moving the items. The were careful not to scrap walls or bannisters and the finished quickly. While they were working I found small additional items and asked to add them. They took gladly took them and asked if there were anymore they could take. This service is a good way to spring clean or get rid of items you don't want to move.

They are efficient, clean, and professional. They were very diligent with their work.

They were prompt, professional, and they didn't tear anything up. They did the work at a reasonable price.
