Very easy to sign up on line for service and get an approximate cost based on pix on their webiste. The guys arrived right on time, gave me an estimate very close to what I anticipated, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Very good value for the cost.

They were great, and friendly, and did anything I asked. They took pictures down hosed down the floor, and rearranged some furniture.

The two employees of College Hunks were punctual and made a quick assessment of the situation with a quick phone call to their office. They returned enthused to do the work and got it done in an hour! I helped them by lifting bags from crawl space opening to a collection point. This aided them to focus on cleaning out the area and made their time more efficient. College Hunks were very polite and were focused on their job at hand. When they completed their work, I provided a wisk broom for them to get dust and cobwebs off of themselves and face tissue for them to blow the dust out of their noses. I am a very happy customer because I have been trying to clean this area for sometime. Great job College Hunks! I highly recommend them to anyone and will be contacting them for additional work.

This went well. The guys arrived within the window of time they said they would, called 20 minutes before arriving, and were very friendly and easy to work with. They explained the process in detail before I had to commit to the actual service/price. While it wasn't cheap, it was well worth the $ not to have to deal with figuring out how to responsibly dispose of someone else's junk. I liked that College Hunks do what they can to keep things out of landfills and provide a Goodwill receipt so that the cost of the service can be deducted on taxes.

What I appreciated the most is that they were neat, clean, and polite. They gave the impression that they were in fact professionals and did not hire temporary individuals on a daily basis.

They arrived on time for each appointment. They cleaned up well after both jobs. I worked closely with the manager, Jason. He provided me with the quote and was there for the front end of the job along with two other men. They were very prompt, courteous, and very flexible in working with us as our timeline changed. The experience was wonderful!

They were very responsive. I was able to get the pickup scheduled within a couple of days. They came on a Saturday which was great. I had a lot of junk ranging from scrap lumber, rocks from my lawn, an old tv etc. They guys were on time, prompt and very courteous. I'll use them again.

They had the best price around. It was nearly 110 degrees that day and they worked every second that we paid them for. They were careful with our belongings, clean, respectful and managed to lift an industrial grade eliptical trainer out of an egress window. I have referred them repeatedly and hear nothing but excellent reviews.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They took my junk so I was very happy about that. They were very quick and got all the stuff that I wanted to get rid of. I was quite happy. I had a lot more stuff than was necessarily included in the big deal so I think they charged me $200 more, which is fine because I had a lot of stuff. It was excellent, polite and helpful. They were very responsive and were here on time.

We have used them three times over the past two years and twice this year. They are great! The boys they send out are the nicest guys and so helpful. I will definitely use them again in the future. They do such a great job and have fair pricing.

Did not have to assist in anyway - very quick and professional

The guys, Tate and Joe, called me ahead time as I had asked and showed up when they said they would. So already they are better then a lot of services. The guys were great. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. Everything was done exactly the way I requested it, and there was no damage to either the pieces that were moved or doorways/walls.

We had several couches we wanted to donate to our local Goodwill Industries. We contacted College Hunks yesterday afternoon, and were immediately able to make arrangements for a pickup at our home today, giving us our choice of 2-hour time frames and promising we would be called at least 30 minutes before they were due to arrive. This morning we did indeed receive the promised phone call, followed about 25 minutes later by three guys, Joe, Justin, and Jason, who quickly explained in detail what the procedure would be and what it would cost. We determined the cost to be reasonable, and they promptly and professionally carried out the job in a matter of a few minutes. They were very careful not to damage anything in our house, and upon completion of the job we were provided with a receipt from Goodwill Industries for tax donation purposes. We were completely satisfied with this job, would certainly use this company again, and would recommend College Hunks to anyone else in the area needing similar services.

They arrived on time. They walked through the home and I pointed out the items that I wanted taken away. Both of the young men were very polite and courteous. I would use this company again. In fact, they told me that they also move people and so I'll consider using this company when I move.

Fabulous from start to finish. Marking the appointment was easy. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Crew showed up on time, professional, clean cut, and efficient. Done and gone in 15 minutes.

This service was purchased as a "Big Deal" for $99.00 to haul away a certain amount of trash/debris. I believe 4 cubic yards. I guesimated that was about how much I had. College Hunks was quick to respond and call me to schedule a time for pick up, even being available on Sunday. I received a call to ask if changing the time to an earlier time was okay, and I agreed. I went out that morning to do shopping and when returning, was driving down my street and I saw their truck. Half an hour early. Not at the agreed time. The two young men were polite and professional and and cleaned up all the debris. However, I was told the amount of trash was more than the big deal covered, and it would cost me an additional $115.00. I thought this amount of $214. for a partial truck load of debris was excessive. But to be fair, I haven't compared the cost to other companies. I would be open to using College Hunks again if I felt their price for the service rendered was a fair price.

My experience was very good. I was contacted by the provider by email the same day I purchased the Deal, asking about the items to be hauled and my first three choices of dates and times for them to come. After receiving my response, I was contacted quickly, setting up the appointment on my first choice date and time. My appointment was confirmed the day before and I was told that they might be able to come earlier than my appointed time, if I was available. Since that worked well in my schedule, it all went smoothly and the provider was able to come to my house directly from their prior job. Joe and Michael called me prior to coming to pick up my materials. They gave me a very accurate estimate of their arrival time. When they arrived they worked quickly and efficiently moving the items to be hauled to their truck. They were polite, professional and very nice to work with. I'm very pleased that I purchased this Deal. Everything went well and I am very satisfied with the work the provider did for me.

They took junk and then moved furniture that I can no longer move
