Jason and Eric arrived promptly. We negotiated cost on the spot to a reasonable amount. They were respectful of my input and quickly loaded and were gone in about 45 minutes. I'll use them again...it was a great experience.

The two young men were very polite and professional. They did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

I set up the move through Justin. Because I had only a few pieces of furniture, he did not charge me the normal two-hour minimum, which I appreciated. Justin and another employee arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They hauled off a mattress and box spring for me for an additional charge.

All of the workers were extremely professional and hard working. I have used College Hunks on several occasions and have never been unhappy with their services

Two guys called ahead and were enable to arrived earlier than expected. The men were professional, respectful and got the job done.

That turned out fine. I had them haul away things that we had from the basement. Two employees came out and it took them a couple of hours. There was an additional cost, they told me that up front., it was about an extra $175.00.

Joe and Jake, the service professionals, were prompt, polite, efficient, professional and fast. There were a lot of large furnishings that would have otherwise had to be listed separately for sale on Craig's list or via newspaper adds, with people then having to come and look, decide, etc., etc. Also, there were a lot of large junk items that the regular trash pick-up service wouldn't take. College Hunks Hauling Junk picked up everything, whether it was large used furniture or throw-away junk, and hauled it away in one fell swoop. In about an hour the house was clear of unwanted furniture and junk! Just like that! It is a wonderful service when you're short on time and just need stuff to be gone NOW! They salvage what they can and give to other organizations, like Goodwill, so that as much as possible can be put to good use. The time and trouble to have tried to get rid of all of my unwanted stuff in different ways made this service well worth it! I highly recommend them! They are an AAA+++ service!!!

I purchased the "Big Deal". Pretty straight forward job. I had the junk (remodel scraps, stuff, more stuff) mostly gathered in the garage. 2 guys, 1 truck. They were quick. They said they salvage any usable items for The Goodwill and take the trash items to the dump. I thought this was a better value than paying for a roll off dumpster. I recommend having a good estimate of how much you have to dispose of before hand. The loaders seemed to only talk in terms of fractions of a truckload, not in cubic yards (as I purchased), so I wanted to be sure we were both on the same page. Everything went well.

We've been happy with them. The pricing was very reasonable. It was much more reasonable than anybody else we've had in the community. They were on time, clean and polite.

Called just after 8 am. Kyle was courteous and explained that truck would arrive between 10-12 am the same day. Cost would be provided on the spot, and service would be provided at that time if I accepted. After calling just after 10 am to say they were on the way, Justin and Jason arrived in 15 min. I accepted what I believe to be a fair price, and the service was provided. Justin and Jason could not have been better - efficient, courteous and professional. My experience could not have been better, so I definitely would recommend this company.

We scheduled at the last minute and they were able to come out the same day. Very professional and polite from the person who answered the telephone to the young men who picked up the furniture. Impressed!

I purchased the service as an Angie's List Deal. The company followed up almost immediately to schedule the service. They called the day before to confirm the date and time. On the date of service two men came as scheduled and removed all the the items quickly and efficiently. All I had to do was show them the location of the items I wanted removed. Before leaving, they cleaned the driveway of debris that had fallen as they loaded the truck. They came, they saw, they collected, they left.

I scheduled my appointment on-line. When calling to confirm, I was told the minimum charge is $85 and the range could be anywhere between 85-135. A little steep I thought, but after checking around, their prices are comparable. When the "hunks" (Michael and Jake) arrived, I was told by Michael that the "normal" cost is 130 to 150 to move a couch. $150?!?! I explained to Michael that is NOT what I was told over the phone the previous day. He offered a price of 125 and I managed to find an Angie's List coupon to save $25 so it's down to 100. In my opinion, still a bit steep but I was in a pickle and needed that couch gone. They damaged the wall getting the couch out the door. It's nothing I can't fix, but the point is I shouldn't have to. They offered to send someone out to look at it but I declined because that's just one more thing I would have to schedule. When it came time to pay, Michael advised me of a 2.75 % "convenience charge" if paying with a credit card. That was NEVER mentioned during the confirmation call. In fact on the company's website, it states the following in the FAQs - What types of payment do you accept for junk removal services? College Hunks accepts credit cards, debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo on them or personal/business checks. In short, we?ll take just about any form of payment with the exception of cash. We are moving toward a cashless system for the protection and safety of our frontline HUNKS. It was just one more disappointment. Between the hike in the estimate and now a "convenience charge", I felt like I was being swindled. Granted it's only an extra 2.75 but that should have been disclosed during the confirmation call. In addition, the website should be updated to reflect the "convenience charge". I rounded up $100 in cash and sent them on their way.

They showed up on time, with two workers, and after some discussion, another crew was called in with another truck. They started at 8:00 a.m. and finish around 1:00 p.m. They filled almost four trucks full of "stuff" and even took some of it to Goodwill for us. The workers were hardworking, and very polite.

They were very prompt in responding to my purchase and accomodated my date and time. They showed up on time and were very personable. I think the coupon had a misprint stating they would take 4 truck loads insted of 1/4 of a truckload forthe $99 coupon, I had to pay additional which caught me off guard and he seem surprised too. I paid the additonal since I just wanted the item removed that day otherwise I would have just done the coupon amount. The two guys were very efficient and were done quickly.

WE paid for this Deal offered by Angie's List. They even give us a receipt for donation because some thing they would take to Goodwill or some Thrift store.

They called to let me know they were on their way and arrived within minutes of the scheduled time. They were quick efficient and finished in less than 20 minutes.

Movers Beau, Justin, Joe, Jake, Mike, and Colin arrived on time, and completed the job in a matter of a few hours. The guys were polite and professional, and made an excellent team.

Everything went very well & they were careful to inform us when we getting close to 4 hrs so we didn't go over our budget

They got a bit lost with the changes in addresses. But called and got to my house quickly. Very courteous young gentlemen. Will definitely use this service again in the future

I had purchased a $99 coupon for 1/4 truck. The truck was much smaller than I expected. They filled the truck with my unwanted items and charged me an extra $60. The truck left an oil spot on the driveway. I thought I made the appointment for 1 p.m. and the boys called at 1:15 p.m. to say that they would be late for the 1:30 p.m. appointment. I'm not sure how the time got confused but I was glad they called. Payment was another problem. Somehow between the boys' boss and boss's boss the coupon was not on the paperwork. Also because I had too many things they estimated another $50 and after they loaded a few items another $10. The whole experience was very amateurish. I've purchased 4 deals from Angie's list. It seems like the companies send their least experienced peopled for these deals. I guess if I want professionalism I've got to pay full price.

From start to finish it was great. Jason and Justin arrived on time and completed the move in no time.
