Description of Work: The paint crew destroyed our fence while power-washing it prior to painting. We ended up having to replace the entire fence. Certa-Pro agreed to pay for part of the damage, but we ended up spending alot more money on the project than we wanted to. Certa-Pro was very professional and responsive in working with us to resolve the problem. Our feelings about using them again are mixed and we have chosen to find another company for future projects.

Description of Work: Exterior painting of entire house. Quality of the work was very good. The crew was very careful to make sure we were happy with the work.

Description of Work: We hired Certapro to paint the exterior of our house. The staff was polite and responsive to calls, but kept moving us back from when they said they would start. (Weather was not a problem.) After they finally got us scheduled, the painters (who we later found out were subcontractors) were courteous, fairly quick, and did a good job. | Then we got a phone call a few weeks later from Certapro informing us that they discovered the subcontractor didn't use the correct grade of paint, so they came out and re-painted the entire house! Actually the second crew was less meticulous than the first crew (even painted right over obvious bird droppings on the first paint job, etc.), but after two coats, we felt like it was adequately finished! The house looked good and they came back and went around the house with me and fixed any little errors that were left. | The whole process was a pain to go through, dealing with painters around the house and keeping dogs out of the painters' way for two weeks, but we were impressed that Certa Pro actually notified us and followed through with the quality paint job they had promised. They could have just pocketed that money and we never would have known the difference. | I would give them an A-/B+ grade overall.

Description of Work: They power washed the house, caulked, repaired wood rot, primed then painted. They were there 4 - 5 days. Went really good.

Description of Work: Interior painting of the entry way of my home. The crew was prompt, curious and completed the job to my satisfaction. I had to reschedule with them and they were extremely flexible and understanding.
