We initially met with Tom and he walked us through the steps of the home purchase program that we were referred to. He laid out a plan for us and was very responsive to our questions. We then went through our purchase program to become qualified. At that point Shari Schmidt took over and got us in on some searches of homes that matched our criteria. She was very accessible and offered great perspective when we were looking at different aspects of the home. She brought industry knowledge and helped walk us through the homes and helped us narrow our search. She was available on short notice when new homes would pop on the market and always showed up with a smile ready to help us find our home. Finally, they helped us through the final negotiations and closing on our purchase. I would highly recommend working them.

We were ecststic and nervous when our home sold above list price, within 5 days on the market. In addition to that, the time and attention they gave us leading up to our first day on the market was above and beyond. They strategized with us on how to stage our home so it would show the best. Also, the marketing, both in print and on social media, was above and beyond as well. They immediately turned the focus on finding the best home, with the best deal, for our family. It went great. The Matthews team went above and beyond my expectations. I figured a realtor would just show me a house or two and try to sell me on anything the even halfway fit my needs and wants. They listened to every detail and helped us find the perfect place and perfect loan for our needs. (We actually bought a house slightly higher than our price range by helping us find a better loan.) They took time to show us as many houses as we were interested in and took the time to show us a house we weren't even interested in just so we knew what to look for once we really got interested in one.
