It went very well. Sheri showed us many houses that fit within our needs/wants. We ended up choosing a fixer upper that needed a lot of work. The Matthews team got us the house as well as found us a contractor for the structural work that we were unable to do on our own. Since we purchased our home we have been in contact with the Matthews team. They do the little things to make you feel like they care and your not just another client that they sell a house to. I used Tom Matthews for both selling my Overland Park house and then six months later in buying my Lee Summit house. I found them to be absolutely awesome in both transactions, and would recommend them to everyone. They had an open house for my sale and I received four offers over asking price and they were responsive, professional, and always knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale. They were equally superb in my purchase, and spotted an expensive and needed repair that I didn't notice, called in a contractor for an estimate for the repair, and I used the estimate in negotiations for the sale. I was so happy with the contractor that I used them for the repair which was just completed. He and his team were flawless in every respect and I would recommend them without a doubt.
