I had lot of home choices, very professional company. I looked at homes in several different areas in the metro area on both sides of the stateline! They did not mind showing me multiple homes all over the city. They made the process easy with purchasing and closing.

Tom personally handled finding me a home within my budget. He was all of the above and "very patient" with me as it took me awhile to find what I wanted. I found a house that had just been reduced $20k to $99k. He and his team arranged for the appraisal, inspection, and he had a great contractor he recommended who did an "excellent job" of my house renovation. He was there for all my questions, driving me all over the place, getting the paperwork completed, and at the closing. I can't say enough nice things about Tom and his team. They keep in touch with all their customers via a newsletter, pie's at Thanksgiving, Tom personally comes by around Christmas and other holiday's to give gifts to customers. I bought my house in March 2013...and consider a great realtor and friend to all! If I ever sell my house - you can believe I will use the Matthew's team!

Tom and his team worked hard to find us a house in a very hot market! They were on top of new listings and sent them our way quickly so we had the opportunity to see these houses as they came on to the market which was important seeing how fast they were getting offers on them! I would recommend them or use them again if we ever needed to buy another house.

Excellent! All my husband and I did was to give them the details of what we were looking for even the area. The Mathews Team went above and beyond our expectations. We have been in our home for almost 10 years. When it's time to down size we will be calling them again. I also recommended them to others and I heard nothing but good things from them about the Mathews Team!

Tom and Shari were very professional and extremely attentive to our needs and the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to purchase a home. I can't say the same for the mortgage program but we ended up with a good interest rate and terms but the headache was almost not worth the time and energy put into it.

The Matthews team was excellent! We bought with them almost 5 years ago! Tom made sure we got a 4 bedroom for our growing family with 4 boys. (We would have needed an upgrade by now had he not insisted we do four rooms) They helped us buy our home from out of state! As time goes my loyalty just grows stronger! They are not like any realtor we have used before and this was our 5th house to buy! They had awesome referrals for the process and even met with the inspector for us since we couldn't be here! They greeted us with a ginger bread house on our arrival because it was Dec 22. They remain give my kids kids birthday gift cards (all 4 of them) every yr on their birthday!
