We were in a competitive bid situation for the home as we made an offer the day the home came on the market (Tom found it immediately for me). Tom and Susan's excellent advice and negotiation skills won the buyers over. They got me into my home with no problems. I cannot stress enough, The Matthew's Team's knowledge and character will serve everyone who employs their real estate services.
Description of Work: Tom & Susan Matthews were my realtor in purchasing a new home. I am a mortgage lender and work with many different real estate agents. I selected Tom and Susan for their expertise, integrity, and his honest business practices. They represented my interest very well and assisted me in selected the various inspectors for my new home purchase.
