Unbelievable....well worth the commission. Our target buyer was more of the investor type. The Donner group gave us several detailed options with expected costs/benefit analysis. Also, they provided recommendations of reputable companies for the minimal work that needed to be done. The asking price recommended was way more than what we were expecting based on our past experiences. In less than one week, the house was shown more than fifteen times and sold for asking price. Moving forward, I will use the Donner group for all of my Real Estate needs.

The Donner Group, Aaron, Jody, and Juliana, knocked our FIRST HOME BUYING experience out of the park! Aaron was there every step of the way, Jody met with us before even finding our dream home to just get to know us and to find out everything we wanted in a home, and Juliana was very quick to respond to emails and to ensure the whole process went through without a hitch. They all are very hands-on with their clients. There were no surprises about ANYTHING and they are probably the most upfront group of individuals you will encounter. On the closing date, we had both of our children with us and my son had broken his favorite ball earlier in the day and Aaron came out of his office with a new ball for him! You can't find that kind of service anywhere else.

Jody was amazing to work with. She was setup all of the appointment to view houses in a timely manner and answered all of our questions. During the paperwork process Jody's attention to detail was above anything I have ever dealt with. Not once did I ever receive paperwork that had my name misspelled, which has never happened to me before. She has also been there for ever question we have had after we closed on our house. If you are looking for someone to help you purchase a house you will not be disappointed with Jody or The Donner Group.

Aaron Donner and his team were great! As buyers in a seller's market, my wife and I were feeling stressed. Since we were new to the area, we did not know what real estate company we could rely on. So we asked a couple of people that we did know for recommendations and both suggested Aaron Donner. We are very thankful that we did ask because Aaron and his team took the stress out of everything! Aaron was very knowledgeable about houses, builders, area's, schools and etc.. I would highly recommend Aaron and his team.

We were able to find a home and purchased it. Overall the company met expectations. Largest drawback was that we were referred to the company, and actually to a specific realtor, by a friend who ended up passing us off to another realtor in his company. Seemed a little unprofessional, especially because we chose to work with the company because of the reference we received from a friend and seemed like we were "kicked to the curb" since we didn't fall in the appropriate "price range" for the realtor.

They had my windows cleaned, had a stager come in and rearrange my furniture, had me remove several things, and tons of good advice during showings. They were so thorough on everything they did. Always polite, upbeat and energetic. The Donner team is enthusiastic and very accommodating. Always willing to work around my schedule. They are very knowledgeable, pointing out different things to look for or out for when I was searching for my house. Always pointing out what items would be an expensive thing to repair or not so expensive. They have an awesome team to work with and I would use them again without hesitation!!

Built a home in Forest View in Olathe, KS. We were considering whether to have a realtor and I am so happy we did. Aaron helped manage the process and was a great go between with the builder many, many times. He made what can be a stressful process less so.
