We have used Aaron twice now! The first time was when we listed our home for sale back at the beginning of the COVID Pandemic. The second time was just recently when Aaron helped us find a house back in KC while we were out of town. In both of these situations, the market and the settings were very challenging and unique. When we sold our house, we went from the week prior, with houses receiving lots of foot traffic, to the week we listed where the mandated quarantine had essentially caused foot traffic to be non-existent. This time around, the market has been incredibly hot, with homes selling the day of listing. With us being out of town we were at a distinct disadvantage but Aaron helped us navigate both situations! When we bought our new home, The Donner Group helped us go toe-to-toe with 21 other offers and come out the winner! When this one came along, they got us in and well positioned with our offer as well as helped navigate the negotiations. Additionally, when we did run into an issue with the appraisal initially, Aaron worked hand-in-hand with our mortgage company to research and recommend a revaluation which proved to be successful! While we may have been able to sell our first home with someone else or eventually buy a new home with a different agent, I can say with 100% confidence that Aaron and the entire Donner Group were truly the keys to our success! Mike Mason is the most incredibly patient and honest realtor I have ever worked with. He helped us buy a home in Lenexa, Ks while we lived in California. We relied on his judgement and his eyes for every detail. He went and did a zoom walk through for every home we wanted to see. He looked up each property before going to see it so we could know the back story before seeing it. His attention to detail probably saved us from buying a home that needed more renovation than we wanted to do, or that we financially wanted to manage. He gave us every fact, and allowed us to decide if we should make an offer or not. He didn't push us to get it done.. he worked with us for well over 6 months. Patient.... did I mention how patient and kind he is? He helped guide us through the whole process...He helped us find a lender, he helped us with the paperwork, he worked nights and weekends for us.
