We 'stumbled upon' Capri Swanson and The Donner Group while doing initial searches for our home. We setup a meet and greet with Capri at starbuck and I can honestly say I felt very comfortable with her approach from the get go. Capri is very knowledgeable and listens to the requests of her clients as well as provided information over and above what we were looking for. Her willingness to share knowledge, pitfalls, pros, cons freely was very welcome. Also, she was not pushy nor was she 'standoffish'. Mike Mason was our Realtor and he was fabulous! He is super friendly and the complete opposite of anyone pushy. He has your best interest at heart. Both the sale of our home and the buying of our new home went very smoothly. Mike got back to me when I had questions within minutes. Mike gave us great recommendations when asked for other companies, such as movers, mortgage, insurance, and repair people etc. He coordinated all the things we needed to do. Lori, who handled our transactions was amazing! She's super friendly and helpful, and kept us up to date on how everything was proceeding. Our closing was the easiest we've ever had in buying 5 homes over the last 36 years. I highly recommend the Donner Group and especially Mike!

While the process of selling our home was much more difficult than we had anticipated, Aaron gave us excellent guidance, generous availability, and a deep knowledge about selling a home. He proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, and gave good and thoughtfully critical advice on updating the house. I hope we are in our new home for a long time, but if we were to move, I would not hesitate to work with Aaron again or give him anything but the highest recommendation. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure things went as smoothly as possible throughout the entire building process! I don’t know what we would have done without his help! Aaron also sold our home for full price in 4 days with 3 offers, 2 of which were full price offers. We have used several good realtors over the years but Aaron stands out as the best due to his integrity, ability to get things done and willingness to go above and beyond. Everything was excellent about Aaron and his team throughout the process. Aaron met us in the planning phase, and gave us recommendations on what upgrades to our old home would pay off, contractors who could do the work, and even details like paint codes for colors that would show well. We were on the market for 1 day and sold for 15k higher than anything else in our neighborhood. Aaron set up a professional photographer for our online listing, and she was excellent. Zillow actually had us ranked as the #1 listing for comparable homes. Jody was our buying agent for our new home. She helped make sure that we got the upgrades we wanted at the price we needed. She also helped us to navigate through the new home contract. The Donner Group eliminated so much stress from this process. They allowed us to just enjoy moving into our new home. The Donner Group exceeded our expectations beyond what we could have imagined! I clicked on an ad on Facebook saying, yes, I'd like to know the value of my home. Aaron called me right away and asked what we were looking for and when could he come see our home. We made an appointment for him to come out to visit. He asked us what our timeline was and what we were looking to get out the experience. When we told him he gave us suggestions of what to do and showed us what the market was doing. He called or texted every 6 weeks to see how we were doing and if we needed further direction. He came out to look at our work when we asked him to and he was very pleased with our progress. This continued until all our projects were completed. When we were about 6 weeks to the sale date, we took most of our possessions to storage to make our house seem more spacious. Aaron came to see what we had left to work with and gave us suggestions on how to present our home for sale. When the day came for the sale he had the showing set up to text us that someone wanted to see our home. We got to accept or decline each showing. The house had been on the market for 32 hours and he called and said one of the eight offers really, really, really wanted to buy our home. We liked the sound of that so we put in a time to have all offers on the table. Then when the deadline hit, Aaron called us and went over all the offers and asked us what we wanted to do. We picked the eventual buyer and said, let's go with them. Aaron walked us through the appraisals, inspections and all the other paperwork to sell the home. He gave us copies of everything. The entire process was transparent and we really enjoyed the process. Aaron worked with us for a year for not a whole lot of money in return. We are forever grateful for Aaron and his team! We definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their home sold!
