Description of Work: Dan took out a big ash tree ahead of the emerald ash borer. He did a great job. He is very busy so it took awhile to get it done, but we were in no rush.

Description of Work: Gave an estimate of tree pruning, then proceeded to do the work. The yard was intact when they left. Did a great job, very nice people, did efficient work, and timely. | Called this company in the fall but they had a waiting list. Sure enough, just as they promised, they called when they were available.

Description of Work: I had one dead tree cutdown and another trimmed. They had a long waiting list but were the first company to get back to me promptly, come out for an estimate and then add me to their queue. Waited about 8 weeks but this was fine-- the dead tree wasn't going anywhere and wasn't in danger of falling. I called to remind them after about 7 weeks and they said they could come in a few days, weather permitting. And they did and it was good. Only thing that took a bit of negotiating was that I had, before the job, asked to be left some of the mulching of the tree and they forgot to leave me my mulchings. So I called and several days later two nice piles of mulching were placed where asked. Very happy with the service overall! Owner was great and knew a lot about trees too!
