Description of Work: Kastl procured and installed a new replacement boiler. It took a couple weeks to get the new boiler then its installation was delayed by a week or so due to illness of the Tech but ultimately they did exactly what I asked them to do at a very fair price.

Description of Work: Fixed leaky kitchen faucet. After shutoff, it still drips longer than we'd like, but eventually it stops. Sort of fixed non-functioning bathroom sink popup drain. Still needs to be closed manually, but at least to open it you don't have to reach under the sink. Gave advice on leaky shower drain. It wasn't the drain, he said, but a tile near it that was letting water into the bathroom underneath. Tried to get us to call his brother to fix the tiles.
