Description of Work: I called twice in one week and left my phone number with an employee and both times promised someone would return my call to set something up. Never had anyone return my calls.

Description of Work: Diagnosed causes of a leak in my ceiling and a gutter that was not working properly. Both were solved by sealing around roof vents and over a crack in the gutter. They could easily have told me it was a more serious expensive problem. I really appreciated their honesty and professional standards. Also they did this minor job right away in the midst of a very busy roofing season.

Description of Work: Our experience with Garrison Roofing was great-- especially considering that the cost of re-roofing our house cost considerably less than did the quotes we got from other roofing companies! Garrison also cleaned up & picked up everything. And we're rather "picky" as regards our extensive landscaping surrounding our house. All and all, a very good experience considering our dread of having to replace our 25 yr old roof.

Description of Work: They tore off two layers (one wood the other composite) and replaced with 30 year composite shingles. They also put new plywood on the part of the roof covering our porch.

Description of Work: Garrison' bid was the best, and they had high ratings on your list, so I went with them. My gutters had had to be removed by a painter in order to repair the fascia, so I felt anxious to get the work done promptly in order to get gutters back on. Garrison moved me up and did the work as promptly as they could which I appreciated. It was an amazing experience. They came at 8 in the morning and finished a very complicated roof by 6 pm. We watched that the workers placed all nails in plastic bags that they then sealed and threw in the trash. There was not a scrap of material left on the ground when they left, and importantly, no nails! Two days later John came by with another workman, went up on the roof checking a flat portion of the roof that was particularly difficult. Everyone was pleasant, courteous, and the work was done promptly and well. I have no complaints.

Description of Work: Total roof replacement and new shingles. Parts of our old roof had 4 layers of shingles!. All the shingle & roof taken off. New plywood boards put on & composite shingles applied. All this on a 2 story house with very tall ladders. Work was completed in 1 & 1/2 days. The mess all cleaned up and taken away. Very professional work team. They worked very well together. They were fast & polite.

Description of Work: John came to my rescue when I was left "hanging" from another roofer. He quickly got the repair done without any problem. He left no mess, was very courteous and friendly. He was recommended to me and I will recommend him to anyone without question!
