These projects generally cost a good chunk of money, but for what was paid we were satisfied with how thorough he was.

I had an unusual problem and he figured it out. He seemed very knowledgeable. He checked out the dryer as well. He found solutions without tearing things apart.

Daniel contacted us within seconds of pushing submit on the computer. He texted to let me know to expect a call from his number. He called we discussed our problem. He knew what was the matter and ordered the needed part to fix the problem. We set an appointment and a two hour window of arrival. He texted the day before confirming the two hour window and to our surprise was a bit late and didn't notify. We also has a question on our invoice. The repair is made and Daniel was finished within an hour. He is pleasant enough.

My dryer wasn't heating. Daniel worked with my availability to schedule the work so that I didn't have to take time off from my job. A timer needed to be ordered, and the first one was damaged in shipping. But he still got the part re-shipped and installed within the original estimated window. Cost was reasonable, work was done correctly, and customer service was excellent.

HAPPY WITH THE WORK

Well I ordered a heating element from Stoneback Appliance on Tuesday since it broke on my dishwasher, a stray plastic lid melted on top of one and broke it. They said it would take a couple of days but I wasn't sure when I would get it, so I was reluctant to call anyone ahead of time until I had the part. I got it Thursday like I was hoping, and then I was hoping to hire someone to repair it before the weekend. I called everyplace in town and no one was able to do it until next week. One place outright refused because I bought the replacement part instead of them buying it from their distributor. It was frustrating because I hate the smell of dishwashing soap and didn't want to do dishes the whole weekend. I called Eastern Applicance for a 2nd time and Daniel Ward picked up and said he would text me back in the evening but should be able to come in Friday. True to his word he send me a text that evening and said in between 10-11:30 and showed up at 10:30. The work was quick and it took half a hour and my dishwasher was fixed.
