I hired this person to come to fix my fridge. The first time he could not fix it and said he needed a different part. Two weeks later he showed up with the part and it did not work and he said the part must be defective and he will have to get the part re-shipped to him and come back out. After that, I never heard from him again despite my calls and texts. He just quit on my job. He did not charge me, so that was good, but give me a break about not even telling me that he just decided that he was done.

Arrival time and address was clearly communicated and confirmed prior to arrival. The repairman was professional, knowledgeable, concise, friendly. He got the work done quickly yet thoroughly and clearly communicated with me on the issue(s) he found and fixed as well as recommendations. He wore protection while he was here as did I, keeping us all safe. He courteously answered all questions I had. Yes, we recommend this company!

This person arrived on time and solved our Samsung Dryer repair ....I felt the price was on the high end ($273.00) but what turned me off was his démineur..I don t know if he had a long day before he got to me but I found him to somewhat cold and very impersonal and although I m very glad this gentleman solved our issues I also was just waiting for him to leave.I do recommend his services but there was zero customer feel good
