I joined HomeAdvisor last Sunday after our refrigerator stopped cooling Saturday night. They recommended Eastern Appliance Repair. Daniel Ward texted and called within an hour on Sunday and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 9am. He checked out the refrigerator and had it working again in a couple of hours. While waiting on it to cool down he also got my microwave oven to function properly again. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Needless to say, i was very happy with the result and delighted with the price! I would highly recommend Daniel and Eastern Appliance.

He came out and fixed the rack but when i pulled it out it came all the way out and fell on floor. Because he did not put brackets on, so he did get them and install them. The sample that he gave me for detergent broke the dispenser door and he wanted $90 to fix it. I don't think so.

Daniel is very polite and efficient. He took the time to explain the problem. And he was in and out in an hour.

We have spent $500 to get our dryer repaired and it is still not fixed. We now will be purchasing a new one.

I had very fast and affordable service with Eastern Appliance. My calls were answered quickly and he was able to get my job done fast, as well. I will definitely utilize this company again, as needed, for appliance repair.

My only concern was I ness told that I would be notified later that evening if they were coming the next day or the day after. Well I received a text 2 days later asking if I would be home later. When they called I said I would since I was home sick from work so they said they were on the way to the warehouse to get the part and they would be at my place about an hour later which was correct.

Daniel was incredibly honest and explanatory. He came after another technician with another company had suggested a very expensive repair and gave me a second opinion. He even recommended not investing money into fixing the actual root of the problem since the washing machine had so many things going wrong. His honest assessment allowed us to invest that same money into buying a new unit and now we have his number on hand for any future repairs!
