Repairman was great. Texted me the day before to remind me of appointment time. Arrived on time and worked quickly. Explained repairs before continuing. Did additional trouble shooting and confirmed electronics on my dryer were operating properly. Cleaned his work area up and left his business card should my dryer start acting up again. Great service call.

I know nothing about appliances and the repair man could have told me whatever. He was honest with me. Told me how to do some preventive maintenance to make the fridge last longer. Charge me very little for the travel and diagnostic! Couldn t be more happy and satisfied.

Daniel was able to diagnose and repair an unusual problem, a pinched wire that burned and shorted out a cooktop/range. All other possible causes for the shutdown were thoroughly investigated and eliminated.

Daniel was quick to respond to my inquiries for a repairman for my dryer. He was willing to work with my schedule, and showed up at exactly the time he said he would. I was also impressed with his knowledge about washers and dryers.

He had product knowledge of the appliance that he was fixing and the price was fair. He was able to diagnose the current problems as well as point out potential repair issues without trying to up-sell me. He also suggested some preventative maintenance, again without up-selling.

I can't say enough good things. Daniel is an excellent communicator. He diagnosed the dryer problem over the phone so that he could come with the part he thought he would need. His telephone receptionist was extremely courteous and polite. Daniel himself returned my call immediately and gave me an estimate of cost. On the repair date, he gave me a heads up about his arrival time and arrived when he said he would The repair was quick and did not seem very expensive compared to past experience in having appliances repaired. Daniel also gave me a lot of free advice about maintaining the washer to prevent it from breaking next, and even texted me after he left to let me know my dog was in the front yard! Overall excellent service. There are no criticisms I could make and I highly recommend him.
