Quality Fence

Kelly came by and measured everything and sent me an estimate a several days later. I had received 3 bids and Quality was the best price. They installed over several days. One day was setting the posts and then a couple days later they installed the fence. I was at work when all this was going on but the yard was in good condition when they were done. I did have them come back and replace the latch on the back gate as it had been installed on the outside instead of the inside of the fence and was happy in their response and readily fixing the issue.

Kelly gave me a very resonible estimate compared to other overly advertised companies. Donnie and crew showed up when they said they would and built a beautiful picture frame fence for me.

Quality Fence installed my fence in a timely manner and they did a good job. I would recommend Qualty Fence to anyone.

Good company to work with. Fence looks great, and was very affordable. Service was done on schedule even though they were working around rain delays. Highly recommend.

Didn't go anywhere because I never received a bid.

They did a good job when they showed up. They pretty much were on schedule and they communicated with me. However, I am still waiting on one final thing to get done that they said they would do and I have not got that taken cared of yet. So, I am just going to keep waiting on that until I get a hold of them in spring.

the fence was beautiful and appeared to be well built. But, by the next summer the gates shifted and won't latch properly. I have left two messages explaining the problem and requesting a call back but no one has called even though the job came with a warranty.

They were on time! And finished when they said they would. Did an excellent job. The work crew was pleasant to have around. They cleaned up, were careful with the property and bushes and overall very conscientious. I would hire them again with no reservations. The price was reasonable. There was a small issue with the neighbor next door not understanding the result of the fence construction facing his side, which caused me a sleepless night. The representative of Quality came out first thing in the morning to talk with both my neighbor and I and resolved the issue professionally, competently, and knowledgeably. I was impressed and thankful for his expertise.

Donnie and his crew showed up exactly when they were supposed to and did a fantastic job installing our fence. The installation took two days - one to set posts, the other to do the rails and fence. We are very happy with the quality of service.

Very professional from start to finish! Quote was the most reasonable out of multiple vendors. Job was completed in two days with enough time in between days for the posts to set up nicely. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for reasonable fencing. Plus they offer a 5 year warranty!

I have left 3 messages with Quality Fence. Still have not received a return phone call. Last message was left on the 27th. I did read that another eviewer saidthe same thing. Guess they don't need the business. I would think they would want to put a privacy fence around my 1/3 acre backyard. Guess my thinking is wrong.

Called twice to try and set up an appointment with no response. On the second call I could not leave a message because the voice mail box was full. Sounds like they are going out of business.

Never happened requested a bid and never bothered to get back with me.

Kelly Cline provided the estimate. Donnie Cline, along with his team, performed the work. Overall the work performed was great and I would recommend and use Quality Fence again. However, there was confusion on two points: 1) The start date was communicated as 4/16/14, but changed due to weather to 4/17. I was fine with the change in date as I was traveling and wanted to be home when the work started. Late the evening of the 15th, an email was sent stating work would begin at 9:00 am the 16th. As I was traveling I did not see the email and of course was not available to be home when the work began. I wanted to be home to ensure Donnie understood exactly how I wanted the fence aligned. The good news is that Donnie got the fence aligned exactly as I wanted it. 2) There was miscommunication on the total for the project. I share a fence with a neighbor and had agreed to split the cost of installation for a section of the fence. The estimate I requested was to show two numbers; one the total work cost and the second an information line detailing the cost for the neighbor's fence. This would allow me to discuss sharing the expense for that portion with my neighbor. The estimate provided had a total line and second line with a notation it was the cost for the neighbor's section of fence. I believe Kelly's intention was for me to add both numbers together to represent the total project cost. The confusion resulted in a $900 under estimate for me. When returning from my travels and finding Donnie had started the work, I asked if there were any concerns with either the project or project costs. Donnie stated all was on schedule and on estimate. Of course, Donnie was not aware that there was a misunderstanding of the estimate. Donnie and team did a great job removing and installing the fence. Day one they removed all of the fence and set most of the posts. Day two they installed the remaining posts and started installing the rails and pickets. Day three they completed all work. The team removed all old fencing, removed or broke old post cement below grade and cleaned up the entire area, checking multiple times with a magnet to ensure they got all nails. Overall the team was efficient, considerate, neat and focused on getting the job done. The fence looks great! When it came time to settle up, Donnie and I realized the confusion with regard to the estimate. Donnie offered and we agreed to adjust the invoice difference by half. I was completely satisfied with this result.

As for knowing the work and having ideas of different things to do, I don't think he did. He did say it was his first day...after meeting with other contractors who brought pictures and offered up suggestions I would have appreciated that from him besides showing me on his cell phone. He told me I would be emailed a bid. I never got one. I have estimates in hand from all other contractors including one that measured yesterday. No estimate within 24 even 48hrs of a consultant doesn't seem professional. Another thing I don't know for sure but I was nervous that this new guy who was measuring his first yard would be the one installing. If I am spending upwards of 3,00 00

Donnie was very specific about what he planned to do, the materials he would use, and how he would accomplish the job. He is a professional in every sense of the word. The fence looks beautiful, the yard is completely clear of any work debris, and my husband and I are completely satisfied. In fact, we have already recommended him to one of my husband's clients. They gave us a nice estimate and detailed out what they were going to do and the price. I found another contractor willing to do it cheaper and they matched that price to get our business. Once we set a date, they came out on time and ripped out the old picket fence reset new posts with concrete in the former post holes. They let those set for a day and then came back out and did the rest of the install, as promised. The fence looks great and connects up nicely to the rest of my fence. I think they did a great job and the guys that came out were pleasant and professional. They even hit an old telephone wire when they were digging up the post holes and made sure to come up and let me know about it. We don't use a landline so it wasn't an issue at all but it was nice that they immediately came up to let me know that it happened in case we needed to get something fixed. I'll definitely want to work with this company again, they were easy to work with and I really appreciated that they met a competitor's price. That and the nice way they formatted their proposal - it gave a quick walk through of what to expect if we hired them.

It was a great experience from the prompt estimate until the swift completion of the job. The company, which is family owned, takes pride in their work and relationship with the customer. The work is supervised by the on-site owner of the company, thus there is great attention to detail and the craftsmanship shows. If you are looking for a great job at a good price then I would highly recommend Quality Fence.

Had an afternoon appointment to get tension wire installed in fence. They did not show as a job earlier in morning went longer than expected. I left work early to meet them at 4:30 so I could pay them upon completion of the work. While the gentleman's wife did call to let me know they were not going to make it, it was later in the evening (and I had already figured out he was not coming). You would think he would have known that the morning job was running over earlier in the afternoon and would have had the courtesy to call at that point. They apologized and said they would check their schedule to let me know when they might be able to fit the job in again, but theyu never got back with me. I left multiple messages (on both numbers) to touch base with them, and they have yet to return my call almost a week later. Will take business elsewhere.

They did a good job. It took them a little longer to come out, due to the rain. Overall, they did well.

I called on 4-15-2013 for an estimate on a new gate for our pool enclosure. He said i he was in my area that day and would stop by at noon. I waited- NO CALL NO SHOW. I called again the next day to try to reschedule. I was sent to voice mail. It has been three days now and I still have not heard anything from this company. I guess they do not want our business. Too bad for them,we have a 1 ached lot all fenced and a fenced pool enclosure.

Quality fence responded quickly to our request for an estimate. After receiving the estimate we were informed, by the company installing the swimming pool, that the fence would need to go in soon. I contacted Donnie, and he said that they would be able to take care of it right away. We were very happy at how willing they were to work with our rushed schedule. Donnie also suggested some changes to the fence that were great. We are very happy with the work they did, and we will be having them install the fence around the pool equipment soon.

Overall a great experience. Prompt professional service. I am a contractor so I am very picky as to other contractors for my own homes projects. Had installed exactly what we were looking for and looks awesome.

They are a family based business that caters to the customer. The first fence he put up was in 2007. My dogs started getting out and he put up a wire on the bottom of it. For the second fence we put up, we called 5 different companies and they were still the best. They clean up really well, lay the dirt properly, and do a great job. They took the old fence from our house in Kansas city to his mother's house and drove it 40 miles to a family member for a very minimal fee.
