Nice guy, came in that same day. Identified the problem quickly, worked quietly and efficiently. He was in and out fast - left no mess behind.

I would call Tim for any appliance problem.

They promptly called me back. They set up an appointment the next morning and came by and diagnosed the washer. Sadly, he had to tell me that our washer needed to be replaced rather than fixed. We got a new washer a couple of days later.

I originally had another company come out that offered to diagnose the problem for a fee of $10. I was quoted a price that seemed too high since I had spoken with The Other Guy and he had given me a ballpark idea of what it would cost for his work. I told company one he was too expensive and goodbye. I called Tim-The Other Guy and negotiated a better price, plus received an additional small part replacement. Appliance repairs seem to be extremely high many times especially when you have an older machine (9years). To repair a machine that might bring $100 at a garage sale for almost $200 (the original estimate-$189), just was too much. Tim did quick work and vacuumed the dryer also. Don't know if that is normal or not. My issue was a heating element had failed and also needed a plastic part that a steel ball sits in on the back of the dryer drum that was causing some squeaking. Highly recommended

Prompt response to my request for service. Tim was very accommodating with my time restraints. Found the issue and repaired it quickly without having to order a part.. Repair seemed kind of expensive but I didn't have the time to compare prices. I'm sure though that the store I bought it from would have been a lot more expensive! This was definitely the way to go. I'll use him again if needed and I would recommend him to friends and family. Thanks

Tim was very responsive and was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer. He was reasonably priced and provided quality work.

I may be very out of touch with what repairs cost. He came late on the day I called him which was very nice. Very polite and to the point and certainly fixed the problem. Seemed expensive but again, that may be a factor of my lack of knowledge about what it should cost. Overall, I would certainly recommend him and call him again.

Tim repaired my Frigidaire dryer. He called the morning after I submitted my request (late in the evening) and came over that evening. He is professional friendly and got my dryer up and working for a fraction of what the other company quoted. Everything I want in a repair person.

Tim was great on the phone - very patient with my questions. He was very responsive when I left voice messages as well. Although the service provided was just for washer and dryer tune-up, he was very information about the "repair" service and explained certain parts that have aged (and might need repair later on) and cleaning options for each appliance. We will definitely be calling/using his services in the future if need be.

Tim repaired my kenmore dryer. He called straight away and came over within the hour. He is professional friendly and got my dryer up and working. Everything I want in a repair person. I didn't get a second bid, but I felt his pricing was very fair. I actually thought the bill would be higher, considering the parts he had to replace.
