Very straightforward in terms of the value of fixing my washer versus replacing it. For the trip fee, they got the washer working again and recommended replacing it versus fixing the cause of the issue, which was going to be about as much as a new washer. Will absolutely use them again.

My clothes dryer was not heating properly. The serviceman was very honest and told me that the exterior vent simply needed to be adjusted. He quickly fixed the vent and charged me only the trip fee. I appreciate his honesty, politeness, and efficiency. I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to my friends.

My refrigerator was making loud noises and water was not coming out of my freezer door. The noise was apparently coming from my ice machine, and when I emptied it, the noise got much quieter, and by the time the repairman got here, the noise had stopped. He told me that the water line was frozen and that was what kept the water from coming out like it was supposed to. He said he could unfreeze it, but said it wouldn't last if he did. I liked that he was honest, fast, professional, and arrived when he said he would.
