He actually called right after I did the search through Home Advisor, even though it was a Sunday evening. I was pleased and surprised. He diagnosed the problem with the oven promptly and was very courteous. Would gladly call again for other appliance repairs if necessary.

The Other Guy provided excellent, timely service for,our refrigerator. He was on time, he was extremely nice and provided great customer service. Was very pleased, he came out diagnosed the problem and offered to fix the almost new whirlpool dishwasher but works out better to buy a new one unfortunately but Tim was very professional and took the dishwasher appart to diagnose it. I would probably use him again if I have another problem.
