Tim was prompt in responding to my call and quick to determine the issue. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the repair was done in a timely manner. I would use this 'Other Guy' again and recommend him in the future.

Tim (I'm pretty sure that is what he said his name was when he called) was very personable and I feel the price was reasonable. He came for a problem with my washer and ended up being willing to take a look and deal with and issue with my dryer also. (One note: It was confusing at first because the guy that came out looked like the guy in the picture on the website of the other company.)

The repair man was very knowledgeable and efficient. In addition to the repair did a few other minor maintenance items on the dishwasher.

Showed up on time and gave me a complete picture of what was wrong and the cost to fix it. Would highly recommend

Prompt, courteous service, would recommend to anyone. He diagnosed my problem in less than 5 minutes and had to order a belt 2 day later he installed the belt in about 5 minutes and washing machine is working perfectly again. Will call again if needed!

Discussed charges in general before arrival, arrived on time with a call beforehand, fixed the problem at an agreed-on price. Very nice to work with. 90 day warranty on the part and labor. Reasonable cost. I recommend to others. The problem was failure of a defrost heater in a refrigerator, and resulting iced/frosted up coils blocking airflow.
