Even though our carpet is only three years old, it began developing waves and wrinkles because it was improperly installed. I called Rigdon Flooring to get a quote appointment, and was connected to Ryan Rigdon. He made an appointment for the next day, arrived promptly, and explained all my options. He even had wonderful ideas for options I hadn't thought of. He emailed me a complete quote the next morning, and I called back to schedule the work. He was able to get someone out to our house the next week. For now, we decided just to leave all the carpet, but have it restretched so that it lays properly. In the future, we plan to replace the hall and closet carpet with wood, and will definitely call Rigdon flooring to do the work.

He teaches well. He explains his products. He has installers of his own. They do a really nice job.

I choose vinyl and carpeting from their extensive showroom samples. In less than 2 weeks the product was delivered and installed. Job well done.

We had used them 14 years ago for carpeting. That project has grown into a monster project now. They are very good. The estimate was for $350. It's a small business where two people come out and do all the measuring themselves. They are very responsive to customers, and they know their stuff. It's a very small group and the same people have been working there forever.

They spent a lot of time with me helping me make my selections because it was very complicated. I've used them before in other rental houses and I have always been pleased. They have also done repairs, which worked out very well.

They were good. They were dependable, reliable and the price was good. I would use them again.

Last summer Rigdon Flooring Coverings, Inc. installed vinyl flooring in our basement and did an impressive job. Based on that, we asked them to bid on the removal/replacement of carpeting throughout most of our home - 4 bedrooms, 2 stair cases, hallways and landings, living room and office. Over the course of the project, Bob Rigdon made several trips to our home, bringing with him samples of carpets and talking to us about their pros and cons. We were particularly concerned about outgasing and using "green" - environmentally friendly - carpet and padding. Bob showed us some options, one of which (Shaw) we picked. We found Bob to be a trustworthy guy who delivered exactly what he said he would deliver at the price and in the time frame he promised. When we had some questions during installation, he immediately resolved them. The crew who installed the carpeting were clearly very experienced. They moved the furniture into and out of rooms as the job proceeded. They eliminated squeaks in the floor that we had pointed out before the work began and asked them to resolve. The carpet was laid well. They also worked hard - arrived each day around 8 to 8:30 in the morning and worked until 5 or 5:30, working non-stop except for a short lunch break. It was strenuous work and they performed it well.

They were really good and professional. They came out and gave me the estimate. They did the work within a day. They beat a deal I had with a bigger chain store, without even knowing about the deal.

They were fine. We haven't gone any further yet. They were friendly and very efficient. They gave us a good estimate. We have put the project on hold, but we will consider them when we decide to proceed. They came out on the day they said they would. He was really a nice guy.

We were really happy with Rigdon Flooring. They had an excellent selection of flooring material and two experienced gentleman who did the installation. We took forever to try and find the right floor for our basement area--after we had removed old carpet and padding years ago. We had priced all kinds of flooring---wood and wood knock-offs (not great if there might be moisture); ceramic tile (way too expensive); natural cork or linoleum (possible, but pretty expensive); We finally went with Armstrong Stratamax Better vinyl flooring because it is an environmentally friendly flooring choice with very little outgassing of any toxic fumes--which is a problem with most vinyl flooring. Rigdon let us "check-out" big yard-wide samples of the flooring to take home and see how it would look at home. They were very patient and answered a thousand questions we had, they even called manufacturer at one point for us. They installed everything with special glue (Envirotec Healthguard Adhesive) that has minimal outgassing and is environmentally safer than other glues. We were very happy with their work and the floors all look terrific. And they were certainly very willing to work with us and our concerns for "healthy" home products and installation. Highly recommend these guys!

Everything went very well. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and when I called a second time with questions they were very helpful. They taught me a lot, and it was a very positive experience.

This company is the best flooring contractors I have ever encountered. I thought that they did an excellent job. I also thought that the price was excellent.

They did a fantastic job and we were very pleased. Their prices were competitive. They also cleaned up well after themselves.

It went well. We called and they came out and provided an estimate within a couple of days. The estimate was competitive but the family-owned business seemed trustworthy so that tipped the scales. Bob Rigdon did the estimate and Ryan Rigdon helped us with the rest. We picked flooring on Saturday and they were busy so they couldn't install until the following Monday (8 days later). Workers let themselves in, did the work, cleaned up, and left the house ready to show to the next prospective tenants.

We are very pleased with their work. We got 3 bids and on this and he was the most reasonable. We have received many compliments from others. Well done.

We could not be happier with the whole job. The results are excellent and the quality of work superb. The men who performed the work were very friendly and courteous and always took time to clean up and make the work as disruptive as possible.

They weren't as prompt as the guy I hired but they were okay. Their estimate was higher and they wanted to do an extra tear-down that wasn't necessary.

Good. They were pushed back a half a day on the start up. But did a pro job and very helpful in the store and on site.

Very pleased with Rigdon. We needed the work done very quickly, b/c we were putting the house on the market. They came out very promptly, then did a great job of accommodating our tight time frame. Job was done professionally and as described by the company's estimate. We have used Rigdon several times and will keep using them.

BOB RIGDON CAME OUT QUICKLY TO EVALUATE THE JOB. BECAUSE WE WANTED TO DONATE THE CARPET TO RESTORE, HE INSTRUCTED THE WORKMEN TO LEAVE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE IN LARGE SWATHS FOLLOWING THE SEAMS. THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND WERE CAREFUL WITH THE FURNITURE AND WITH THE CARPET. THEY ROLLED IT UP AND TIED IT FOR TRANSPORTATION BY RESTORE. I WENT TO THE SHOWROOM TO SELECT REPLACEMENT CARPET. BILL WAS HELPFUL AND SENT ME HOME WITH A SAMPLE BOARD OF CARPET AND A SAMPLE TILE. I WILL FILE ANOTHER REPORT ONCE THE CARPET IS INSTALLED.
