Description of Work: Replaced carpet in bathroom. They had a wide selection if carpets to choose from. Before laying the carpet, they fixed creaks in the flooring. The carpet us soft, attractive and has stood up well.

Description of Work: Replaced carpet in 2 bedrooms, with near top-of-the-line Shaw carpet and pad. The price quoted was fair, and the reputation of this firm sold us on the deal. We have not been disappointed. They did an on-time, efficient installation. They removed old carpet and pad, screwed down squeeky spots in the sub flooring, and installed the new pad and carpet more quickly than estimated. They also helped move the heavier furniture and bedding at no additional charge. Very pleased! We will use them for additional rooms at a later date.

Description of Work: Rigdon removed my kitchen floor (ceramic tile) and livingroom carpet, screwed-down the subfloor and installed pre-finished 4" hardwood flooring. Installers arrived on-time, worked throughout the day and cleaned-up daily. They also installed carpet for our stairs. Work was not sub-contracted. They answered every question that we had prior to and during the job. Cost of work was similar to another bid. They did not try to oversell us. We plan to use Rigdon for future work.

Description of Work: We found them here on Angies List. We went to their store and was helped by a very nice lady. We were impressed that she wanted to know what we wanted, how much we wanted to spend. There was no push to make up buy the highest cost. We had gotten a new bed for our bedroom and wanted to replace the carpet while the room was empty. They arrived right on time and did a great job. They were very professional, and wanted to move what ever furniture we wanted back into the room. We will use them again for all of our floor covering needs.

Description of Work: We scheduled an estimate for a carpet and tile job with Rigdon. The gentleman who came out was very professional and detail oriented. However, he said he would get back to me with an estimate in a couple of days, and four days later, we have not heard back. This is the second time this has happened to us with one of the top-rated Angie's List providers. It seems like they feel they need to follow through on the estimates but are too busy to do the actual work.

Description of Work: Excellent customer service, but I will not choose them because their estimate was the highest out of all 4 of my potential companies. The quality of the carpet he showed me was great but I felt the prices were unreasonable. Other than the high price, I would say this is a good, quality company.

Description of Work: They removed the old flooring in the kitchen on 1st day. This was a job in its self! On day 2 they removed the carpet from the living room, and started installing the hardwoods. I was amazed at how fast the floors went down! Dave,Louies and crew did a fine job installing four rooms of hardwoods in four days.
