Description of Work: Installation of leafguard significantly damaged the appearance of my deck. Personnel were very difficult to contact. They didn't return calls and I only spoke with someone if I happened to call when someone was available. That person would promise to send someone out to look at the deck. That never happened. I finally gave up. One big mistake I made was to pay the full amount before work was completed. I had no leverage to use. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: Installed leaf guard all around the entire house. Slick! One day! We got the $100.00 bonus Visa gift card as they promised along with one year no interest. The only complaint we have is that they stated we would have a leaf guard sign in our yard and that we could get money back for referrals. |That never happened. |
