Green Team Window Cleaning

It went well. They had to reschedule because of bad weather, but that wasn't entirely their fault.

Chris and the Green Team are attentive to every detail from the first call to their departing wave from the driveway. I'm a repeat customer and only sorry Angie List doesn't have an A+ rating, because they deserve it. This crew is prompt, courteous, efficient, tidy and effective. The glass in the house looks fabulous; they are cautious and protective of landscaping outside and surfaces inside; they move with purpose and get the job done, but they don't let haste make waste. I never feel they are rushing to get to the next job. In addition, they are committed to being good stewards of the environment and their products and processes really show that. Terrific team!

The service was okay, it wasn't exceptional. The price was good, I thought it was fair.

The service turned out fine. They did a great job, and the cost was very reasonable. They charged an additional $30 or $40 for extra service. I considered it reasonable under the circumstances. They did an excellent job. One of the gentleman was not really the most experienced, and he cracked one of the storm door panes, and they repaired it at their expense. It is a very responsible organization.

Very prompt, professional service, would work with them again.

It went well. There were only two windows that were not completely clean after the job was done, but I didn't notice them until after they were gone. I'm sure they would have taken care of those if I had called them to their attention. They took pictures of high gutters before and after the job to show us what they had cleaned out.

They were good. They were on time when they showed up. They did what they were supposed to. The window cleaning was my idea and they did not try to offer it to me. I would definitely use them again.

They called promptly after purchase and scheduled a date. Because of the number of responses they were overwhelmed, but committed to honoring the purchase regardless of when they could get to it. They did a great job and I would heartily recommend them.

It went great. They showed up when they said they would, did the job we paid them to do, and provided immediate feedback and suggestion on how to keep gutters clear and in good working order.

They made all windows, inside and out, of our single-storey rancher in Raytown shine like diamonds. This included a very large picture window with double glass. They were professional, efficient, mannerly, tidy, considerate and effective. I hadn't been able to look at my windows with pride for a long time. Now I will have them come back on a regular basis.

Company was very professional and very quick. They did a good job in a quick amount of time. We are using them also to clean our windows this coming Spring. I will definitely use them again for gutters if I need to.

They showed me a photo to assure me they had done a thorough job. There was a $10 extra charge for disposing of the waste.

My only surprise was how dirty the windows were after the cleaning of the gutters; however, I am not sure that could have been avoided.

Two persons involved...very efficient and thorough.

They did a good job. I was very pleased. There were no additional charges. I was just getting ready to leave and they said "No problem, we'll just go ahead and do that." They just took care of it and I didn't have to worry about it. I just wasn't very good about setting up the appointment. They said that they didn't have my phone number which I didn't understand. They just came by which was fine. It worked out fine. I would use them again in the future.

There was a lack of communication with them as they called me the day of the appointment to say they couldn’t come out and I had already received the refund. They were originally supposed to come out the first week in December and then called me back and told me they couldn’t get to me until mid January. They did reply but they could not provide the service per what the deal said. They indicated they were swamped and wouldn’t have been able to get me until last week. I did not find them to profesion ad would not consider using them in the future.

Did a great, thorough job of cleaning out my overstuffed gutters and getting branches and so forth off the roof. It was a cold, wet day but they stuck with it until the job was done. They also took photos and recommended work that needed doing, a service that doesn't benefit them directly because they don't replace gutters. I was very impressed.

I did notice they did not wash the window sills as they said they would. It's not a big deal to me, but I did notice it. They were timely and willing to climb up to our big ugly windows on our 3rd story. Some of the windows were new and he made an effort to scrape the adhesive off. Some of these windows hadn't been cleaned for at least 15 years so he had a messy job on his hands. He did a good job overall. I would hire them again and if they don't do the sills this time I wouldn't use them again.

From start to finish, Chris was the consummate professional. I have used Green Team before for gutter cleaning. Since they are so consistent and professional, I had them come back again this year. The appointment was scheduled. The team arrived early for their appointment and got started immediately. We had previously discussed my concerns over debris getting into a downspout that drains beneath house, which is problematic if it becomes clogged. They were very careful to make sure that no debris entered the downspout as they were cleaning. Normally, the team uses water to flush the gutters, but my outside faucet would not work. Rather than rescheduling, they problem solved the situation and used blowers to clean the gutters.
