Green Team Window Cleaning

They did a terrible job. They missed two of my gutters totally. They left the workload. They cleaned the gutters hanging. They left these power washers. I ran all of them at the side of my house and at the side of my windows. It was left in my window sills and down the side of my house. The workload and trash were left in my planters. They left trash all over my property. It was worse than when they started. I didn't even know that they were coming at the time they came. They came, did it and they're gone. I would never pay upfront again for a service like that and get screwed on it. They could have cleaned the gutters instead of leaving it unclean. They could not have left the trash in my flower planters. They could have cleaned the gutters and cleaned up the side of house as well as the sidewalk they left it on. It was totally unprofessional.

Not responsive in getting scheduked

I bought a $99 gutter cleaning and it never got done. This is the last response I got: "we came out buy due to the sagging of your gutters, water built up in your gutters and froze due to the cold temperatures. We'd have to wait until its a bit warmer day. It's a really thick layer of ice that we cant chip through without further damaging your gutters, or potentially causing damage to your fascia."

The provider has a fancy website and supposedly (according to their website) received an award from Angie's list in 2014; "Super Service Award". Green Team Window Cleaning quoted a price for cleaning our gutters and we accepted. They took our credit card information and even confirmed a date they would be out to clean our gutters but they never showed and never called. On the bright side... at least they didn't charge our credit card. Not only did they receive a good rating by Angie's List but by also receiving an award, I must call into question the validity of Angie's ratings. An award of any kind should be reserved for the elite (clearly that exempts the Green Team); exception, children under the age of 10 do deserve participation awards even when they stink. :-)

The provider cleaned the gutters as promised and for the promised amount, and we did not have to be here. I appreciated the service.

They did a good job. We set up a time when they were going to come out. They came out within a week. I did not pay any additional fee to the $99 Big Deal. Everything was fine to my expectation. I would use them again.

It went very well. Mike was on time and explained to me everything he was going to do.

The service for the big deal from Green Team Window Cleaning was quite a while ago. They were pretty quick if I remember right, they responded well. The windows went well. He had a young guy working for him. I remember this specifically because I had a couple of tough screens. Because I knew they were tough they ended up getting broken. I took care of it as I kind of felt sorry for the guys. They were conscientious but the guy that he hired, I don't know if he is still with him, broke one of the screens. I was kind of telling him, 'let me get it out'. The guy that owns this company, I would recommend him. I don't know who he has got working for him but I would give him a chance. He was going to pay for it but I said 'don't worry about it'. He did offer to pay for it.

The cleaning went fine however I think part of the service included cleaning up and removing all the debris removed from the gutters. This was done but not very neatly.

Really no details. I hired them through Angieslist because they had a coupon for gutter cleaning. They gave me a date and when I got home that day, my gutters were clean.

Mike was great. From the time I bought the deal through the end of the work. He contacted me in a timely manner. He committed to a date and time that worked for both of us. I did not have to wait long for an appointment as the date was only about 10 days after the purchase of the deal. He showed up on that date and completed the work in a professional and friendly manner. The gutters were in much worse shape than I realized and he cleaned it all quickly as well as removing most of the old gutter covers (I use that term loosely) that were not working. In fact they were trapping debris. Mike cleaned everything up quickly and left nothing behind other than some great looking gutters especially the one on the back of the house that was in the process of pulling away from the roof line. He is extremely pleasant to work with and I would recommend him to one and all.

Lorenzo was very nice and professional and was able to come out on a Saturday morning to beat a snow storm coming in. He did a great job!

I apparently placed this order at a time that the company was being sold. The prior owner originally communicated and scheduled the work. I never saw them on the day it was scheduled, even tho he claimed to have rang my doorbell upon arrival and departure. This left concern on my part because my home sits on the side of a hill and I assumed it would take some time/effort to reach and clean the gutters. In addition, the gutters have screen covers and my downspouts have underground extension piping with pop up to keep water away from the house. I called a left a few messages without response and then received a call from the new owner (Mike) who said he had bought the business and was calling around to ensure all obligations had been satisfied and that I was happy with the service/outcome. I told him the story and he said he would come out this weekend and confirm the work had been performed and if not, he would take care of it. He came out yesterday and got up on the roof and checked everything as well the underground and all looks good. Kudos to Mike for taking the time and making the effort to ensure the customer was happy. A credit to his integrity. I highly recommend Mike if you need him. You can trust him.

Did a great job; great communication; would definitely hire them again.

They were flexible with scheduling. We did not have to be home for the service, which was helpful. The job was done quickly and everything was tidied up.

I was unable to make it to the appointment. They were able to clean the gutters with no one home. My biggest concern was leaving a mess or debris in bags. My tenant advised no debris or debris bags, so perfect as far as I'm concerned.

This was originally scheduled for a day in early January, but it was too cold and windy to complete on that day. They tried again, after calling me first, on another day in January, a Saturday. When he came out and inspected the gutters, he found that the debris was still too frozen to remove. The job was finally completed about a week later. They did a great job and clean up was good. The delays were really my fault, since I scheduled during such a cold month! I would use them again.

Very well. Finished in less than one hour.

Great. No dislikes with the service. There has been a lot of bad weather in the area and we we having a hard time finding a time of the day he could be there and I could be home.

Cleaned the gutters on the house. Good communication and great work. I will use again.

I contacted Green Team on Jan. 1 on the recommendation of a neighbor. Two days later, Jan. 3, Lorenzo came to our house to clean the gutters. It was cold and damp, but he got the job done, knowing that a winter storm was forecast for that night. He is a hard worker and did a good job. We would call on him again.

Late start due to weather. Good guy when they came.

I had several appointments with the service provider. The last appointment was set for 12/13/14 at 9 am, and they showed up at 3:45 pm. At that time my wife did not let them do the work. I would like a refund for this service.
