Description of Work: They responded right after the purchase,they said they did not have any afternoon appointments at all but would look in to it I heard nothing for a month so I emailed them asked for a refund and then I got a message that they would be here 11/1 between 10 and 1 not even asking if that time would work for me and I already had told them that I could not have a morning appt as I do work. So no work has been done and I want a refund of the $75.00

Description of Work: Enrolled on Angie's List on on 7/6/13 using Super Coupon program. Began calling contractor to schedule gutter cleaning. I called and left messages on 6/7/13 and 6/8/13 contractor failed to return my calls to schedule work.

Description of Work: Information was not clear as what would be covered. There was a limit of number of window which we fell into by luck, there was a difference between double hung windows and others and there was no mention in the original offer of this. Double hung windows cost more and most of our windows are double hung. The three workers were fast and efficient and friendly. The offer was not clear in what they would do and what they wouldn't do.

Description of Work: The work was okay. But I spent much more than the amount paid through Angie's list. The problem is the way the company counts windows. I was very disappointed. They also left some of my windows ulocked.

Description of Work: I received a phone call from another company who mentioned Angie's List so I assumed they were the company I had bought this big deal from. They came and cleaned the gutters and of course didn't honor the big deal since they were not the ones who had endorsed it. So I ended up having to pay them. When I called Green Team Window cleaning and explained what happened, I asked if he would be willing to extend his offer past April and clean my gutters next Fall. He said he would only if I promised to use his company from now on for all my gutter cleaning. I didn't like his response so I now want my refund.

Description of Work: Green Window Cleaning cleaned the inside and exterior of the windows in our home on a cold day. They were punctual and worked diligently to wash the windows and ensure there was no residual streaking. The worker washing the exterior windows used protective caps on their ladders and were very careful not to damage the exterior stucco. The inside worker carefully removed the window mullions and wore protective covers over his shoes. Both workers were courteous and respectful of our property. I was very pleased with their work ethic and they completed the job by late morning. The owner stopped by to check on the status of the project and to be sure that I was satisfied.

Description of Work: They were late because they had to stop for more supplies. It was chilly and they needed an additive so it would not freeze. This is a new house so I could see any bumps scrapes wall or woodwork scratches and I was excited that there were none. The windows looked great -- a smudge was left here or there on two windows. I asked them to fix them but I think when they got up on the ladder they forgot about the second smudge. They helped me move some really heavy plants from the windows. Which was nice. I did have to go out to the car and ask them to help me move them back. They did without complaint. The only down size was the cost. This house which is smaller than the old house cost just as much. So I may try someone else for at least an estimate next time.
