Green Team Window Cleaning is a small family-owned, fully insured window and gutter cleaning, and holiday light hanging business in Johnson County, serving the Kansas City area. We strive for excellence in our work, and integrity in our choices. To us, that means staying until the job’s done, fixing any mistakes, and maintaining good relationships with everyone we meet, as well as our planet. We use biodegradable, eco-friendly soaps, organic cotton towels (baby diapers), and fuel-efficient vehicles (we even have a vehicle that can run on waste vegetable oil!). We guarantee that our work in your home or business will be respectful and diligent in caring for your property and belongings. Award winning, 2011, 2012, and 2013

Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for gutter cleaning. I was disappointed that the waiting list to have my gutters cleaned was 3+ months - I was told it was due to overwhelming popularity of the Big Deal. My opinion is if you cannot accommodate customers within a short amount of time for a seasonal service, then company probably shouldn't be offering so many coupons. I purchased in fall and didn't have service completed until February (winter weather added to delay). Nonetheless, despite the delay, staff were professional and communicated well and the price was good.

Description of Work: I bought the gutter cleaning deal. They came and looked at the gutters and determined they didn't need cleaning. They spent 15 minutes at the house and spent 10 of those determining an estimate for window cleaning. Kind of surprised that not only did I pay for something I didn't get( because I apparently didn't really need) they didn't offer me a refund. They did offer to come back out and take pictures to show me the gutters didn't need cleaning if I paid an additional charge.

Member, Thanks for you business and the review. Given the overhead of our business, it costs a minimum of $50 for us just to show up at a job. Which is why our minimum fee just to arrive and pull out our ladders and get on a roof (which we did several times at your home) is $99; its the only way our business will survive. Given you only paid $79 for our coupon (of which we only see a portion), you got your clog fixed, a thorough evaluation of ALL your gutters (which showed your home will rarely need gutter cleaning; something most people would be delighted about), found a reliable company, and a FREE estimate, I'd say you came out on top of this one. Not to mention, Angie's List is the one who gives refunds since they are the middle-man you purchased the coupon from; I couldn't do it if I wanted to. .
