It was terrific. They called about 10 minutes before arriving. They were on time, friendly, professional and did a fantastic job.

Green Team is definitely on my list for repeat services, especially if the cost is similar to this service. WELL DONE.

Scheduled our cleaning over the phone. Called two days prior to confirm. Called 30 minutes before arriving at scheduled time. Surveyed our home to count windows and gave firm price (including Angie's List coupon for first 20 windows). Worked quickly with minimal intrusion. Friendly and courteous. Environmentally friendly cleaning products. Our windows had not been cleaned in years. They were filthy! The cleaning team did a fantastic job! All 45 windows were completed within 2 hours. We will definitely be using their services again.

They were on time and did a great job. The only problem was between the ad and how they count windows. It was fair but not noted in their ad.

Appointment set and first man called and arrived as planned. His job was to give the estimate and take the brunt of explaining to me how it would be figured. He explained that one of my standard windows with storm would be counted as 4 windows. I had understood from previous window washers that when there is a storm window the window counts as 2 but to count a window as 4 because it has a top and bottom made no sense to me. I told him to go ahead and give me the estimate but that I wasn't happy about how this was sounding. The deal was for 20 interior and exterior windows for $75. I have a total of 18 windows - 12 of which have storms. I was told it would cost me an additional $239. I was not happy and asked to speak to his supervisor. He handled the situation well - and called his supervisor who was supposedly on the way. When I spoke with Chris he said that he'd thought they were French windows and that that was part of the estimate. I don't know what French windows are but he then dropped the price to an additional $130. This was still more than I'd anticipated spending and I declined.

Chris and his team did a spectacular job! I've never seen my windows this clean. I have some oddly placed windows that are are hard to get to and all are fabulously clean. Chris and his team are professional guys and you can trust them in your house for sure. I will definitely have him back twice a year. I'm writing this on an absolutely beautiful fall day and instead of getting out of the house I'm just marveling at how clean my windows look! Why did I wait so long to have a professional clean my windows? Contact Chris, you won't be sorry.

BEWARE, this contractor counts windows in a way that no other window cleaner I ever used. One regular size double hung window counts at two windows for this company. The owner was very responsive when scheduling my appointment. We agreed that they would arrive at 9:00 AM on 8/20. They called that morning and said that the crew went to the wrong appointment and wouldn't be able to get to my house until afternoon. When they arrived they said that I had 33 windows instead of the 13 plus a large picture window. These windows were purchased in November 2011 and sold to me as 13 windows plus 4 additional windows that comprised my "picture window". After hearing what the owner proposed was the count of my windows, I contacted a representative from Angie's List, explained the situation and was told to get all the windows cleaned and that they would work something out with the vendor. My windows were cleaned with the exception of the interior window and screen of a small casement window in the master bathroom. Not sure why that was ignored. My other complaint is that when they put one of my kitchen windows back on, they didn't get it in the track. The next time we tried to open it, the window fell out of the opening and put a gash on my husband's arm as he caught the window. A couple of weeks later, I received a nasty, sarcastic e-mail from the owner demanding payment for the additional windows that were cleaned. I forwarded this to the Angie's Deals representative who handled the situation from there.

I had continuous scheduling problems with this company. We played phone tag several times and was hard to get in touch with. The communication was poor and he became confused on the time and dates of when he needed to show up. After all the troubles with this I decided to have my Big Deal refunded.

Green Team arrived promptly when scheduled and called before coming. They were friendly, professional and efficient and left my windows sparkling. They were good with my dogs and had nice extra touches like wearing foot protectors to keep from bringing in dirt from outside. I look forward to having them come back to clean my gutters. Outstanding work and very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

The Angie's List coupon only includes cleaning regular windows and not storm windows or French panes like I have, so be sure to read the fine print. Other than having to spend much more than I wanted for these additional services, the guys did an outstanding job. Chris was wonderful and personable guy to work with and responded quickly to my request to have the work done before I put my house up for sale. It's amazing how having clean windows can really spruce up your house, and these guys did an incredibly thorough job. Thank you for a great job!

We had recently moved into this home, but the windows had not been cleaned by the prior owners. The glass inside and out was dirty, the screens filthy, and the sills had lots of bugs. From the looks of it, the windows had not seen Windex in several years. In just a few hours, Green Team took the windows from "ugh" to "awesome!" Green Team showed up as scheduled and got right to work. He had the right tools for the job, worked nonstop, and left the windows spotless. My wife has already decided this is an annual event. This is a business whose owner obviously cares about the quality of the work.
